  1. Here is what our status has been updated through the whole K1 process after interview:

    6/10 interview approved

6/11 AP and status updated date changed to 6/11.

6/25 AP and status updated date changed to 6/25.

7/4 AP and status updated date changed to 6/29, also it changed from immigrant to nonimmigrant on 6/26..

    7/7 still in AP

I really don't know what I can expect the next since we've been waiting for 7 months to get our NOA 2 due to SRC .............. and now I really hope that we can get "issued" any min ............ This whole processing is insane..

  2. They will want to know both either now or later when you do AOS.

For the annual income, put your current annual salary.

For K1, I sent the following to my fiancee at the time:

    1) Letter of employment

    2) Last 6 months pay stubs

    3) Last 6 months bank statements

    4) Last 3 years of tax filing

    5) Last 3 years of W2

Now it's probably overkill for K1 to send all of these, but you will likely need these for AOS.

So, I guess I just put the amount that I'm supposed to make if I work a whole year (this is also the amount that will be showing on empolyment letter for annual salary) instead of 7 months.. 2014 W2 is showing 7 months ONLY and this can be explained why I state more than I made because it's not for a whole year.

  3. Thank you all in advance for helping me regarding the I-134 form filing.

For annual income section, what # should I put, the potential annual income or the amount I've actually earned. I graduated from the college last year on May and I've started to work on June 1, 2014. I know I've only worked for 7 months in 2014. Which # should I put on the I-134 since I have not worked for a whole year ? The amount that I will make if I work for a whole year or the amount that I have earned for 7 months in 2014 ?

  4. I filed the I-129F on 9/8/14 and received a text that shows my case was received on 9/10/15. I found the NOA 1 date on the letter I received from USCIS which is 9/12/14. After that, I have waited for almost 7 months (a fews days towards 7 months) and I have lost the hope a little by little as time goes on. I have been waiting for soooooo long (6 years fall in love with my finace) to bring her into U.S and cannot wait for the NOA 2 to come even though I know we're almost there.... I have checked the status almost every single day even I registered to receive the update by text/email when there is an update, but I do believe that checking is always faster to the update than receiving text/email... Don't know when we're going to have our NOA 2 since TSC is really SUCKS....................... Congrats on those who already got their NOA 2 and wish the rest of us will have our NOA 2 soon.. :luv:
