Thanks for your informative replies, everyone! Knowing that it is most likely impossible to expedite my mother's case, she finally agreed to get treated in the Philippines. Hopefully her case moves fast so that all of us can take care of her here soon. One of my siblings will be going home to assist her with Dr. appointments and what not.
