I went for interview (AOS from B2) sometime last month, I did fairly well but the fact that my name wasn't on my wife's lease and some discrepancies in our answers about our living arrangement raised all d red flags.. I received a mail saying "intent to deny petition" 2weeks after. The mail basically highlighted that our lack of proper evidence to prove a bona fide union raised doubt on the validity and authenticity of our marriage.
I was given 30days to come up with evidence such as *lease agreement * joint asset * affidavit from family and friends etc and any evidence of old experiences.
My question is this, if I decide to take her away from her current apartment and rent a new apartment with both our names on the lease, would it be a desperate move? Because attempts at including me on her current lease have been futile.
We had a joint acct that was closed by the bank for lack of activity bcos I didn't ve a job then. Will adding her within this 30days to my acct be viewed as a desperate move as well?
I need your candid advice pls!!! FYI, we are in a TRUE relationship I was just poorly prepared and nonchalant in gathering evidence.
