Haha! Yeah it says 4 weeks on ours too. I also feel like I'm being lied to. What can we do, I guess! What a horrible feeling being at the mercy of someone else, right? Oh well...just got to go along for the ride. But boy does it suck.
Mine changed from 1 week to this for a couple month ago.

I’ve kinda just given up guessing at this point ahaha I’m seeing people at Potomac with PD dates in august getting approved at the moment. It is what it is.
We made a congressional enquiry a few weeks ago as our estimates have gone from 6 to 10 to 12 months over this process. So hopefully that might kick things along.
Any update on your inquiry with congressman?

You believe incorrectly. No second I-129F for the child, but you are correct that there is no way to connect the the two petitions. What one hopes is the two I-130 petitions are already "connected". They usually are when filed together on paper. Not sure about what happens when they are filed online.
I filed x 2 I-130 together for spouse and a minor child, both have receipt# from Nebraska center but later on they transferred one to Vermont and one to Potomac. Is there a way I can get both approval the same time?

We just discovered that despite our receipt saying Nebraska, our case was transferred to Potomac on our PD.
Which is cool considering Potomac is currently at 12 months and not 10.5 like we've been led to believe 🙃
Potomac is working on case filed on NOV 2021. 14 months instead of 12 months like you saw.

Same exact thing is happening with me. We just have to be patient I suppose.
Where is your K-3? I guess Cali like me as well.

I was in Nebraska as well and got transferred the same day to Potomac, I can't comprehend why this service center is a lot slower than other ones.
Potomac is still working on Nov 2021. It take 14 months. When your case in potomac that means you have no luck.

For what it's worth, I submitted K3 in March and it did nothing - imo it does not help. They even entered my birthdate wrong on the receipt and it took 3 months for them to fix. Pestering them to respond to fix this error did nothing either to move either petition to the top of the stack.
There are also rumors that filing for K3 only speeds things up if you're at the Potomac service center. All of these tricks are just a crapshoot and the majority of us just have to play the waiting game.
When did you send K-3? Your I-130 PD is due to adjudicate now.

I-129F (K3) for some cases worked well since they got approved in a few months but your case seems did not work. But I would like to try since it is free and does not hurt anything.
I did file K3 on June 2022, already
got a receipt number case is processing at Cali center. Nothing happens to my I-130. I don’t think K3 works for me.

Not yet, unfortunately 😢. What do you mean by saying that K3 does not work for my case? Are you suggesting that the K3 will likely get rejected? Any additional insights will be helpful. TIA.

Still now your I-130 has not been approved yet? Seem like K3 does not work for your case.

Thanks all for your very helpful responses. As an update, I did file the I-129F and it got referred to the VSC (No PD provided). However, the I-130 did move to the "being actively reviewed with no additional documents required at this time" status as of 03/05/2022. Does anyone here any experience as to approx. how long it would take from here to getting NOA2? Apart from waiting, anything I can do in the interim? TIA.
When did you file I-129F (K3)?

Apparently, you filed one day early. You should file it on 09/09/2020. Just re-apply then.

You are welcome. I was going to wait to do the N-400 until after I had completed the I-751 but come July, our lawyer said that submitting this would speed that up. Seemed to work. Got my permanent GC end of October. The officer was very nice and asked her supervisor if she could do my N-400 too but they didn't have the file. Surprised to get this interview so quickly after how long that took! Seems like the Houston office is moving quicker now covid has quietened down a bit here. Hopefully you'll get your interview soon😀
If your i-751 still pending, you could not approve your n-400 until they approve your i751 first.

MY N-400 interview is on the 15th Dec. I have not received the interview letter. Can I download and print the copy on the USCIS website to take with me instead?
When did you apply for n-400 in Houston? Yes, you can download the interview notice in document tab.

Interview scheduled today for December 21 at the Newark office
Honestly, a lot faster than I thought! I was expecting a date around Feb / March of next year
Congratulations! Houston filer is still waiting here.

Did you ask your senator to appeal the case? They might help in this case

Is there any applied on Feb 2021 that got interviewed yet? Mine 02/02/2021 still waiting for it.

The thing here is that on Feb 2021 only has 28 days instead of 29 days. I believe your IO miscalculate this so he/she made a mistake to deny your case. You should mentioned it.

You should print out the calendar like below to show them how exact 90 hit on 02/10/2021. When did you file online? at mid night or?
This guy got denied and contacted Congressman and Ombudsman's office. After that he got approved. You should try to contact either.
Hope this helps
