@debi361 ok I will let you know as soon as I'm able to fill the DS-261 online but is it after we fill the DS-261 that we can now pay the Affidavit of Support fee online or through Money order. Well I will get back to you soon.

Good news my husband got a Mail from NVC yesterday containing all the instructions. I'm so thankful to God and now we don't need to keep calling the NVC again since we have our case number and IIN. Please any more information on how to go through the NVC processing properly will be appreciated. Wishing everyone at the USCIS and NVC level success on this Journey and I want us all to keep on the faith and trust in God complete. Oh I will update my Timeline later. Stay bless everyone

@debi361. Ok thanks for the update on NVC. I also just called the NVC and I was told the same thing that it takes 4 weeks from the date the USCIS sent the case to them for them to be able to enter it into their system and then mail the full package to us.

But the NVC operator Lady ask me to call back in 2 weeks time from now since today marks 2 weeks USCIS sent our case to them so in the next 2 weeks will make it 4 weeks they received our case or we should wait for them to send mail to my husband in 2 weeks time but I won't wait I will call them 1 or 2 times in a week until we get the mail or until they give us the case number and IIN, and Mind you I'm the beneficiary so I have to call since my husband is busy.

@Nath0I it shows that God is at work in all of the February Flier and soon all other cases will be approved and we will all be with our love ones by the grace of God.

Hello everyone. Our i-130 petition has been approved since April 2nd and we have received the NOA2 hard copy and since then we haven't receive any Mail or email from the NVC. Please what do we do now with the NVC

@J-Zealous thanks. Well my NOA was February 9th and our case was Routed to Texas service Center. I don't know if you remembered when I posted it here that our form and document was returned to my hubby starting that we have incorrect fee and not knowing it was the first i-130 petition my hubby submitted for me from Nigeria in November 2014 without fee because in Nigeria we don't do money order so that was the form and document that was returned to my hubby in U.S. I just believe its God at work and He will do same for you too soon

@Mablih I don't know how to update my Timeline that's the problem but my NOA1 was February 9th and my file was Routed to Texas Service Center. Its just God

Hello everyone. I'm so happy now because our i-130 has been approved and my hubby just got mail of i-797 Approval notice starting that our original visa petition has been sent to the Department of State National Visa Center. My hubby hasn't been checking is mailbox and email for a week now because he has been busy but as soon as he did today he saw that the USCIS has sent him both email and Mail and our case has been approved since April 2nd. I'm so grateful to God for this miracle and I really want to thank you all the February Fliers for all the words of encouragement and I pray you all get your good news soon.

@Mablih I understand how you feel because I also miss my husband but not to worry even if you are unable to give your husband this year birthday kisses just remember that both of you have lots of birthdays to celebrate together and also many more holidays, wedding Anniversaries, and Vacations to enjoy and celebrate together. @Maniput thanks so much for your advice and I guess the best option like Mablih said is to just resubmit the i-130 and pay the $420.00 again but I don't think there will be any need to withdraw the i-129F since the money will not be returned so let's just leave the USCIS to keep processing it and just resubmit the i-130 again with the correct fees of $420.00. Ok I will inform my husband about this option but can we just get another money order of $420.00 and resubmit it with our i-130 form the USCIS returned or we need to fill out another i-130 again or just used the one the USCIS returned. Thanks @Mablih

@mbalih thanks so much but how do we withdraw the i-129F petition now because it has been process already and we can see how far it has gone on our case status on USCIS or should we just start all over again to file for another i-130 and pay the $420.00 fee again.

Hello everyone.

I'm seriously in need to your advice. My husband has received an i-797 of rejection twice now or should I say 2 times our forms have been returned to my husband starting that we have incorrect fees and this is making my husband and 1 so confuse because my husband included a money order of $420.00 for i-130 in the Envelop containing our forms and documents but our fear now is that we also filed for i-129F along side with the i-130 for spouse, note this was a mistake we made because we got a wrong advice on how to file and we our fear is that may be the USCIS has deducted the fee for the i-129F from the $420.00 money order my husband made for our i-130. I and my husband has been calling the USCIS customer Service for them to clarify us on the remaining balance and how much we have to add to the missing or incorrect fees but when I called the voice mail ask me to type in my Receipt number and when I did its asking me to enter the Alphabetic that is SRC but I tried it but since is Alphabet its not type in and it says I should use the * key but its showing P and W and that is not what starts my Receipt number what starts my Receipt number is SRC. So what do I do now because I and my husband are so worried and my husband is considering both of us relocating to Canada or him coming back to be with me in my country Nigeria. Please we really need your quick advice. Thank you all and may God bless .
