Well both the petitioner and the applicant have roles to play in the NVC processing. The applicant has to choose the agent by filling the ds-261 form online and also fill the ds-260 form but the petitioner has to pay all fees because the fees should be paid from the U.S Bank only. I'm the applicant and I choose my hubby as my agent and then he paid all fees that is the Affidavit of Support fee and the Immigrant Visa fee while I filled the ds-260 form on ceac site online. @hya_aviles that's a good one filling DS-260. Well I'm still waiting for my IV fee online to be confirm today then may be I can fill my DS-260 tomorrow because my hubby paid the IV fee online on 7/05/2015 on a sunday. But we are still looking for a joint sponsor to help us fill form i-864 since my hubby is not working for now but gets only government pay. All of this process is so stressful

Oh thanks to God my husband was able to pay our immigrant visa fee online today I guess the ceac site is working better now. Thanks all and God bless

Please my husband is finding it difficult to pay for the immigrant Visa online and he has already paid for the AOS fee online in June but he is unable to pay for the Immigrant Visa. Please does can anyone tell us what to do.

@ hya_aviles I'm also facing same issue I can't sign into ceac site form more than 6 days now and its so frustrating. When I try sign in It keep on saying "the case number and Invoice ID number combination number does not match please try again later or contact NVC" also I have sent email to asknvc@state.gov since 3 days ago and I haven't heard from NVC.

I have sent email to NVC concerning this issue and I'm just waiting to hear from them because its been 9 days now from the date on our NVC letter and 4 days since we got our case number and this is just so bad that we can't sign into CEAC to fill the DS-261 form. I just pray NVC solve this problem fast.

Hello everyone. I'm finding it difficult to sign into ceac site with my NVC case number to start filling the DS-261 because NVC said they are having Technical problem for now and I should try again later but please has anyone that got their NVC case number this week being able to access the ceac site to fill the DS-261 yet. @debi361 that's ok because my husband said he prefers paying AOS fee through money order. Well I tried filling the DS-261 form from nvc website which is www.nvc.states.gov and they said that the ceac site is having technical problem but it will be fix soon so let's just keep trying.
