I apologize. I was under the assumption that I could ask that question due to the fact that My case was also completed but I was told to send I-864 to my spouse which is identical to OP (figured the question may help him/her too).
Still a newbie so I still have a lot to learn.
There is no need to apologize. We have the same Visa, same country and we are at the same stage of the Visa process. I consider it hijacking when someone has a different Visa and a totally different question than the OP. Do keep in mind the moderator is doing his job. Without the moderators I Dont think Visa Journey would be as successful. Good luck to you and everyone else going through the Visa Journey.

It is case completed, but It asked you to bring your updated I-864 along with proof (tax transcripts, assets, etc) to the interview. Good luck!
Thank you. The tax transcripts won't change. I would rather be safe than sorry. I'm going to mail my last two bank statements, tax transcripts, updated affidavit of support and paycheck stubs showing new rate of pay. So far I only have one pay stub with the new pay rate. Best wishes to you as well.

Hello everyone,
I have the 3 N/A's and I called to confirm my case is complete. I knew I didn't meet the poverty guidelines at the time we started the process at NVC so I sent my banks statements and assets to help with the approval. The adjusted gross income total for 2014 is above the requirement. The current individual annual income was below the poverty guidelines. April 2015 I received a raise that is now above the poverty guidelines. Today I received an email from NVC. The top part of the letter says:
Please review the instructions and send us the required information. If
you do not provide this information, it will delay your immigrant visa interview.
The bottom part of the letter says:
______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________
We reviewed the Affidavit of Support documentation you sent to the National Visa Center
(NVC). According to the current poverty guidelines, it does not appear you or any of your
sponsors meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrant(s)
for this petition. To avoid delays, you may have an additional sponsor complete an
Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and provide it to the intending immigrant to submit at
their interview. At that time, a consular officer will make a decision regarding this
requirement.
To view the current poverty guidelines, go to http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf.
I need to confirm it's okay to mail a new affidavit of support to my spouse prior to the interview. I really don't want to mail anything else to NVC because it will delay the case that is confirmed complete.
I'm a little confused and I need reassurance from someone who has been in this situation.
Thanks in advance.
God Bless everyone who is making Visa Journey a success!

If you received the documents from the National Population Commissioners office, you are on the right track. Send the attestation of birth and declaration of age.
-
Send the Statutory Declaration of Age as well.

I finally have the 3rd N/A next to the Affidavit of Support fee. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday (Thursday). She told me she would have the case reviewed by the end of the week. It looks like she kept her word. I will call again tonight to confirm case complete

It's time for Kayflex n Pinky to do the happy dance. LOL!

That should be able to be resolved by sending the bank statement or whatever confirmation you have to NVC. When the payment was withdrawn from my account the description for the $325.00 IV withdrawal fee was: IV Filing Fee DES: NVC Fee ID:

I called NVC this morning. My case hasn't been reviewed. After checking threads on Visa Journey I realized I have made a mistake on the I-864 form because I didn't indicate if I'm in the military. I also submitted documents after December trying to front load the case. I confirmed with the representative at NVC they use the last scan date no matter what the document is. I'm going to correct the AOS and unfortunately start the 60 days over. Sigh....
-
It will take 6 months for the interview.
-
Congratulations Virtous45 on having your case complete. Now bring your spouse home. Lol
-
I don't think I have ever checked the status of my case the way I did when I received that message. The last message I received from NVC was to confirm they received my package and to wait at least 60 days. It is now close to the 60 day wait time so I decided to check status online instead of calling (hold time is too long). After seeing that message and people's
response my emotions are all over the place. Lol. I have not received a case complete email. It would be nice to receive a case complete email especially since our anniversary date is next month. I'm trying to remain calm through all of this.
-
How did you pay your fees? I paid online instead of mailing the payments. The status changed to paid in less then 7 days.
-
That's good news that they may not scan in order. I will keep my fingers crossed that I didn't delay the process trying to front load the case. I just looked at Dwheels76 thread. It appears some peoples interviews are scheduled and the beneficiary has the chance to provide additional documents at the time of the interview.
-
Thanks Dwheels76. I will watch for that. Is there a quick way to find out what scan date NVC is on? That will help me determine when I should call to follow up on my case.
-
I sent the DS-260 on 1/6/2015. The DS-260 takes 30 days to review. I sent the AOS and the IV package in 12/2014 BUT I did send more documents to frontload the case in 1/2015. I hope the additional frontload documents will not start the 60 day's over.
-
I either need employment with the government or to be a child again. I have work tomorrow. Lol! I will try not to worry about checking status. NVC will let me know if something has to be corrected.
-
Thank you. I hoped the NVC status would update to review complete. The two responses clarified some things for me. Although I don't see any of the status updates mentioned when I enter my case number. I'm still pretty close to the 60 day review timeframe. If there is no update by February 18th I will call NVC to check the status.

I tried to check visa status at www.ceac state.gov. However, I received the following message: Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) for the next step in the processing of your visa petition. If you have misplaced the instructions sent to you by the NVC or did not receive them, please contact us at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.htmlfor additional information.
My fees show paid and the AOS and IV package has been sent. I haven't received any additional instructions. Please tell me what you did when or what your next notification was after receiving this message?
I think I'm going to call NVC during the week. I'm not looking forward to the hold time. Lol

There is one place on the document that indicates for you to print your name. If you typed it instead of writing your name with an ink pen, that may be what they are asking for.

Is there a way to confirm my case has LEFT NVC without calling?
