Those 3rd world countries foreign spouses should be grateful that their knight in shining armor USCs save them from their awful places and bring them to the land of opportunity with roads paved with gold
Lol ??? made my day
That made me laugh a bit at work, going to share that one with my wife ???

Ive done some poll working in the past. Its not too bad and you get to see the process and meet a bunch of interesting people.

As others have stated you should just email them over to her. They aren't needed for the interview, but if they will help make her more comfortable, send them over. All you need for the interview employment wise is the I-134 with accompanying IRS Tax Transcripts.
But there is something else I am curious about. Her interview is right around the corner, you are so stressed about the $200 it cost you to send her the documents. Once her interview is complete, and she will be approved. You will then have to budget her flight to the US (Unless you plan to make her pay for that), You then need to pay for her I-485, and her I-765 (if she plans to work), Plus the marriage license, and for the I-131 if she plans to travel and visit her family anytime before she receives her temporary or permanent green card.
Marriage License - $60
I-485 - $1070
I-765 - $380
I-131 - $360
Basically you have almost $2000 in expenses that you will need to budget for that are fast approaching. I recommend speaking with a financial adviser for advice on planning for the future. You will have a wife now, and soon a family to come.
Actually no cost for the AP and EAD if filed with or after the AoS. So i think around $1200 is a bit more accurate regarding those expenses. But still not cheap.

Dont stress about it too much. I had a few very short stents of work with long periods of unemployment. I just put those periods down whereever it was needed. No cert of employment needed. They mainly focused on your relationship, not if your working.

Dont worry, if you filed correctly and everything is legit you will be okay. At our AoS interview i couldnt answer some questions about my foreign spouse, because i just really forgot and my brain want working at the time lol. Still was a breeze and no problems getting the greencard.

updated: today from the app that green card was picked up by usps. Tracking number provided via that same message as well. Funny thing was i knew the shipping number prior to the app update because of usps account notified me of incoming mail.
Anyways it says priority mail so lets see how long it takes. Guess dont need EAD and AP, they havent been updated at all since the very beginning.

Just yesterday recieved interview notice in mail and on app to appear in the first week of feb. Looks like we may skip the ead/ap stuff and straight to gc. No comolaints about having interview because of how fast its all been.

Wow some people are a bit cold blooded. Who cares whether her story is completely 1 sided or not. Give her the options available and let her pursue what she desires. Its up to USCIS to determine whether she entered marriage in good faith or not, not us.
So gather all the evidence possible, prepare for questions pertaining to why your marriage failed and what you tried to remedy the situation. Decide whether you truly desire to stay here in US or go back home. I wish you the best in what you decide.

Read the instructions from uscis guys.

biometrics completed this morning, not bad at all, only took about 10-15 minutes. We were about an hour early and took us in right away.

We just invited a few of USC family, a few close friends, and a few members of the church we been attending. K1s family couldnt be there so they watched live via video chat. Venue at the church for both ceremony and food. Cake ordered from local baker that specializes in wedding cakes. Food was done potluck style so everyone can participate. Decorations done by the church members, supplies bought by us. We told them everything we wanted to do in the wedding, set our budget, and the members did most of the legwork from there.
I have to say we were very fortunate that we had such reliable help which made our stress next to nothing. Getting a dress bought and fitted was cutting it a bit close, but not too much cause for concern. The only thing was that we did almost forget about the wedding cake and barely placed an order for it about 4 days prior to the wedding (Lol)...I am just thankful we had asuch a great support system, i hope everyone can enjoy their first 90 days with their fiance instead of stressing too much about things, good luck to everyone.

So I just started gathering things to get everything ready to begin the K1 V process. I noticed that my tax filings show I have 2 dependents, but I don't have any at all. I have never been married or never had kids or any other kind of dependents imaginable. I actually noticed this mistake a long time ago on employer pay stubs... but never bothered to get it changed because I didn't think it would ever affect me.
My first question is I am curious about is whether this will affect my application to bring my fiancé here.
And last question is instead of using w2s or whatever evidence of support, can I just substitute in irs tax transcripts?
Thanks for your insight and this is my 1st post other than an introduction so I apologize if more info is needed, just let me know I will respond as swiftly as I can.

Hello everyone, I'm a US citizen in California beginning research and document gathering for K1 visa. I have been reading from the guide and I hope I can learn from them and as well from your experiences and advice. Hopefully I will be able to give feedback someday as well. Thank you for having me here.
