You can pay for it before you arrive or after.  But i pay mine before i arrive and it says card been produced now, so i should be getting it this week. If you pay it before you will get it sooner than when you pay for it after you arrive. Ssn you get that about 2 weeks after you arrive.

i already received my greencard but havent received the ssn. 

It was mail to me. I ticked the box on the ds260. You need to go to the office to get your. You should of get it about 2 weeks after poe.

Hey, i was wondering it that was the reason for the delay. Fingers cross for pp in hand by next week. My sister submit document the monday and by friday she went to issued. So extra good luck to you.

Hey guys I'm  in america from saturday. POE was horrible, hours in the airport lots of plane arrive same time and process room for gc was full and they were moving slowly.

Finally after waiting for probably an hour, they called me....and it was so fast, they just asked me like 4 questions about my petitioner, and if I was married, which Im not....and they said my visa was approved! I was thrilledddddddd.....I couldnt stop smiling!

 

Congrats  I was so glad that i was second to interview that day so i didn't get to hear anyone denials, because that would of freak me out

call nvc that mean you got an interview and your case is sent to your embassy 

You are in F2B. Your mom need to send nvc her naturalization certification for you to be updated to FB1 which is moving faster

Wow you are the first fb1 i see they ask for pic. They didn't ask me or my sister and i'm in a fb1 thread and nobody say they got ask for pic.  I though you were ir1 when i saw your post

dhl will email it to you as long as you did sign up with paper they give you at the interview
