I think it change because my category use to get the 3 n/a but i didn't. I got my aos line disappear for cc.

category that is not ir/cr we have to wait for our priority date to becomes current for us to get a date. Every month a bulletin come out to show when your pd is current. You watch that to know when its your time for nvc to notify you to start the process from their end. My pd was current for a while but due to checklist i had to wait. Now that i got cc from june i was wondering what was taking so long to get a date and now the bulletin show that my category has regress a couple months.

bulletin regress so no interview date for me any time soon

Category regress to may 2010. Now i see why i couldn't get an interview  date.

i did the same thing my embassy said i must ask nvc and nvc i should wait. cc june 22 i give up calling nvc and just wait til whenever they feel like to give me a date.

I'm still waiting for a date. I called friday and ask if there is a time limit and the guy as like no. So who knows when i'm going to get one.

it won't pass. 

nvc wait time is 11 weeks but u can get cc before that. i got it at 8 weeks. 

when did you send nvc your package

@aleful is correct. i was looking at you pd and not your birth date. that kind of cspa when your age freezes at pd is when your parent is a citizen not permanent resident.

i got cc from june 22 and still waiting on interview date

They are now processing august 2016 and your november 2016. So maybe you'll just get a year off your age when your pd becomes current. Don't know if that's enough for you and hope you don't get push in fb2.

Ok, I have a question though. Everyone talks about the AOS disappearing when the case is complete.

 

My case is NOT yet complete but when I log in literally all I see is the pop up saying to submit required documents. I don't remember ever seeing anything about AOS anywhere on the page.

 

All I ses is the CEAC log in fields in the background, then the pop up to submit docs...

 

where are y'all seeing this AOS info?

its the line the says submit documents and $120 you pay

Not sure you can get it this week or next. Been waiting since june 22. 

case closed. you can call nvc to confirm if you have doubts

the first line is choice of agent then 2nd aos line where the petitioner and submit document and 3rd line where beneficiary is and money and ds260 is.

If the aos line which is the 2nd line disappear is cc 

1 week after cc you get the confirmation email
