Yup u will need them both for AOS.

You should already received the NOA1 hard copy after they received your I129f package. It only takes a week or two weeks. Same as with the NOA2 after being approved.give them a call. Another thing is You will need the NOA1 and NOA2 for adjustment of status.

Use the casr numbet given to u by NVC. Go to ceac then choose immigrant type your case number. It will show any of the three first is "at NVC" it means your file still at NVC. Second "in TRANSIT" meaning your file is on the wayto your embassy. And third is "READY" meaning your file already received by your embassy.

Did you received hard copy from nvc?

Now your waiting game starts! You can see if there's a topic for June filers to see how fast/ slow the other petitions are going.

I was wondering if political situation had any influence too, but probably not. I saw here on this site a few couples with beneficiary from Russia that were approved in like 2 weeks in January. They could be still checking my fiancé since he had DUIs back n the day (pretty long ago though, more than 7 years ago) or maybe it's the fact that I am currently visiting. I am speculating of course.

We got the email confirmation of acceptance today! Packet is enroute to California Service Center! Woohoo!
