  1. Guys

These people are human beings. I'm certain if you send a letter in the packages and tell them that we all are a visa forum where we blog with each other about the wait times and the consequences its having on us. And that by sending them candies is to reach out to them, knowing their workload is hefty. You can tell them also you're sending it because your case is st the office. Include also that you're aware that they might not even eat it because of fears surrounding their safety. Tell them we on the particular thread just wanted to tell you guys to speed it up without trying to bribe them. Advise them that if they are led to believe its unsafe they're free to test it. And that they should visit www.visajourney.com to meet us!

  2. @Nick

Lawyers are advising clients not to pursue the K-3 route as it does nothing for you. Both are taking around the same time to be processed. But these ridiculous waiting time make people's lives unsure. Not everyone has the luxury and resources of traveling back and forth. I was reading a publication from the USCIS website where they're saying if they're to process cases any faster they'll need to increase fees. I know that people will sacrifice and fork out a few extra bucks if they know they'll receive some action on their cases faster

  3. I think families living overseas should be expedited, especially if they're not living together. All I-130 forms are going to Nebraska. Maybe it has assumed the role MSC used to play. We must also look at the fact that Nebraska has a high approval rate. As anyone seen the release that USCIS is demanding that officers approve all the cases and the memo from the USCIS ombudsman is telling officers to limit the request for evidence. The officers are even complaining that their supervisors are even demanding that they approve cases that shouldn't even be approved. The report is a 58 page document. It's an interesting read. So its seems as though when a case is denied by USCIS it's really a bad case

  4. If I were in the US and I get an EAD plus a document authorizing me to travel I'd have no issue with them taking a few more months on my application if that means they'll process those whose families are living apart overseas. But I don't think it's true because I heard that inside the states application is processed faster because you don't have the NVC to deal with as all their documents are submitted at once

  5. @maniput

You're very welcome. I was trying to remember your name while writing the prayer. I couldn't but I remembered your quote so I ensure to put in the prayer. Yes guys, rather than being anxious let us pray that God open the flood gates of heaven. He says when the praises go up, then the blessings and deliverance will come down. If we want this process to be successful, let us pray and when the thought of "denial or RFE's" come to you, just say "devil you're a liar!" Start packing your bags because there's a visa number there for all of us! If you believe, just say "I claim it in Jesus name!"

  6. Heavenly Father. We thank you for life! We thank You for friends and family. We also thank You for the gift of love and living. We thank You for Your keeping care and tender mercies toward us. As we, I-130 filers for February and others who have and who are about to file their petitions with USCIS, I'm asking You and their behalf to grant us favor, and in cases which are complicated we ask that You grant divine intervention and assure success. Some of us are at a red sea, and cases might not look the best for various reasons. Many of us spouses weren't able to see us as much as we would for various reasons; financially and otherwise. Gos we ask that You part the red sea in this case and let Your people go free. Remove the red tape, deal with your red flags snd let those officers have a tender heard when adjudicating our cases, when they see our situations. Confuse those who are to be confused when they want to be difficult. God, if it's Your will, let there not be any RFE's which will only lengthen our time. And those of us who will be going through consular interviews, please be the interviewer for us. Please give us good officer who will not be hard. Let these interviews be successful as we pledge our love and thanks and praise for You in return. Let them not dwell too much on the red flags at neither the USCIS nor the consulates. Help us almighty God to secure victory for ourselves and our families. We know You can do far more and above this. Hoy said in Your words that Your plans are to prosper us; not to cause harm or injury to us. We believe You. We are depending on you God, to visit each service center our cases are at, in Your omnipresent being sit at each desk and say to the officer this is my child finben, spectr, mama, Brycebaby, nick and chodday, j-zealous etc etc etc etc you have to approve these ones. God, please turn this thresd upsided down one day with approvals. Be mindful dear God that the devil will try for it not to happen but make him ashamed as You always have. These and other mercies we humbly ask in Your name amen

  7. @Nick and Chodday

Welcome my friend. We actually sent us off on the 11th too and it got there the next day. Please check with your lawyer. She should now get a response. We did it ourselves so we completed the G1145 form and my wife added her phone number and my email so the same time she got the acknowledgment of receipt notice thru text I got the email the same time. Lawyers don't always communicate after they get their money

  8. @brycebaby

Let me correct myself. Only the petitioner which is you will sign the I-130 forms. So for your huzzy and the three kids will be four such forms complete and signed by you. However, the G-28 form which is the background information form must be comoleted for each of them. In this case, the parent or legal guardian must sign the forms on the minors behalf. Your husband will sign his or he or the kids moms will sign on their behalf

  9. @tashire

The worry I have is that I was married previously in 2012 but it was an abusive marriage. I had to get out. With the evidence I gave the court they made a decision in my favor. I attached the divorce order which says that. I'm hoping that that won't have any negative impact on the i130. I am the beneficiary so a lot more is at stake. I'm so freaking angry to know that after so much suffering and abuse in that F....king marriage it could come back haunt me. Life isn't fair!

  10. @finben

It won't even matter because a K3 can't be adjudicated without an approved I130 anyways. Just as long as the fee is correct they'll proceed with ptocessing the I-130. But a K3 application doesn't really make sense now anyways because they're processing both at around the same time. It used to be more prudent in the past I was told.
