I am confused (yet again, sorry). How much evidence do I need to send with my application vs. evidence at interview? Is it the same evidence? I am under the impression that the first application, I just need to send proof we have met in the past 2 years, then have more evidence for the interview that we actually have an ongoing relationship? Or do I send lots of stuff in the beginning?
Thanks!

My fiance lives in a rural area with vague street address. Receives mail at post office. Where on forms do I list the post office address so that he can receive correspondence? Thanks for help.

I am getting ready to send my application (I-129F) to the service center. I do not a ton of evidence, just a few, passport stamps, airline receipt and emails. I do not have any phone records as we both use calling cards. My question is do I have to have the emails translated into english. We write to one another in spanish. Please advise. Thanks.

My fiance lives in a rural area with no street addresses. Everyone in the town picks up mail at the post office, there is no other way to get mail. No DHL or Fed Ex. How will be then be able to receive his packet?
Also, our emails are all in spanish. Do I need to translate them when I send them as part of the evidence? Please advise. Thanks so much.

My fiance lives in a small town where there are no street addresses and no courier services (Fed ex, DHL, etc.) Everyone picks there mail up at the post office. How can the embassy notify him of interview, etc. if they are unable to send documents by courier service? Hoping to hear from someone who has had the same experience. Thanks

You guys are wonderful..... Okay, here is my final question. I think I may have a problem when I have to show proof of support as I am currently unemployed. Will that matter as long as I can show I made good money (tax returns) this year and past years. I also have money in the bank (quite a lot) but that will vanish in a few months as I purchased a house here in San Francisco and will be probably be paying for it before I am asked to show the support info. Which means I will be unemployed and not have a lot of money in the bank by the time I am asked to show support. Does anyone know what the monetary requirements are? Thanks so much.

I have known my fiance for 2 years now (travelled to Costa Rica several times and spent little time with him) but we did not begin a romance until 6 months ago and as such I only have evidence (photos, emails, etc.) as of 6 months ago. Will immigration frown upon an engagement when we have only been together for 6 months?

My fiance forgot to give me his letter of intent before I left him and I wanted to send it with the I-129F application on Monday. Can he fax me a copy or do I have to have his original? Please advise. Thanks.

Could not find the answer to this question on the board, so I am asking here. I am getting conflicting info regarding the kind of passport sytle photo I need to send with my I-129F application. My finance and I have seperate photos, 2x2 with white background on glossy paper, not mounted, HOWEVER, they are full frontal views (not 3/4 views). Does this matter? Please advise as I dont want to send only to be told I have sent the wrong photo. Thanks so much.
Little evidence to send with I-129F? Older woman/younger man

Thanks for answering my question regarding evidence for the application.
My apologies for so many little questions, I am just nervous because I am much older than my fiance (I am an American women) and somehow I think that might be a red flag. We are in love and dying to be together but not sure we will be believed because of the age difference (seems there is a stigma when its an older woman/younger man). So, I want to be well prepared both at the application stage and the interview stage.
I have not kept airline boarding passes or itineraries and we both use phone cards for long distance calls, so I do not have those. I do however have the following:
1. Credit Card Statements (with airline, hotels, and car rentals)
2. Passport stamps
3. Car Rental agreements and receipits
4. Emails
5. Photos
I am hoping that will be enough? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
