  1. Hello everyone

On December 31, 2014, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by January 30, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 FREE.

Is that mean i'm a december filler ?

  2. So sorry you guys have to wait :( can your fiance(e) visit you in the meantime?? That's probably your best option. Again you could still try- but I think it's just not likely since you're already applying for the k1. Have you already gotten one before? If you have it's worth a shot since I've seen other people who had tourist visa before be able to get one while waiting on the K-1. If not it's probably just better to wait.

    Good luck to you guys!

we have already discuss that so many times

she's so busy even if she come to my country she'll be able just to stay 10 days :(

and everybody here knows its not enough, nothing we can do then except waiting

    Good luck to you guys!!!!!

  3. I think applying for another visa isn't recommended, since you already have shown your intent to migrate to the US. You're already applying for one visa anyway, so by the time you'd get your tourist visa (which can take a while and is difficult to obtain), depending on your country, it could become invalid to travel on because of your fiancé visa. From what I've heard, it's unlikely that you'll obtain one, so you could waste money applying. You could always try, though. Not sure there's a rule against it per say. Personally I'd say don't waste your time unless you've obtained a tourist visa in the past. It's already difficult to get tourist visas, but I would doubt you'd get one when you applied for another.

thanks :) i'm goona wait then

  4. Congratulations! You are living proof! Yes, we all must understand that there are more people not on this website applying for a K-1 then us on here. We honestly probably only make up for about 5% of all K-1 filers across the U.S. The statistics on here are simply a rough estimate. Very rough. We could never use the statistics in here to conduct an immigration study whatsoever.

I have a PhD in engineering and I can tell you that my academic colleagues would never use data from forums. I do hope that this response will ease some people's minds. Just relax, enjoy the ride, and the NOA2 will be in your mailbox before you know it!

thank u for the beautiful reply!

hope we all get approved :)
