  1. I have checked CEAC and i can see 3 N/A's and also received an email that they have finished reviewing our documents so they will notify us once they set the interview date and also they have sent us a checklist for AOS which I need to submit to the US Consulate during interview. So can anyone help me out to understand what exactly we need to fill.....Do we need to fill the entire AOS form???????

Please review the instructions below then refer to the final page of this checklist for mailing
    instructions.
[x] I-864EZ, Affidavit of Support, Checklist
[x] Your I-864EZ, Affidavit of Support, had missing or incorrect information. Please read instructions below
then complete a new form. You can download a new Form I-864EZ and instructions at uscis.gov/I-864ez. Please give
the new form to bring to his or her visa interview. Do not send your new Affidavit of Support to the NVC, as
    this will cause processing delays.
[x] In Part 3. Information on the Sponsor (You), please correct the following...
[x] Item 15. As the petitioner sponsoring your spouse or child, you must indicate whether you are currently on

  3. Same here. This is my fourth time sending documents back and my 10th month at NVC. It's frustrating

My husband called NVC one week back they said we have to wait atleast 60 days, they can't do anything about the time....And now when we are so close in completion of 60 days I am so worried i m praying that i don't get any checklist.

Also I have seen here scan date of 17th Nov got their CC last week I really pray and believe that we also get some good news soon!!!!!!!!! :)

  4. I had received a checklist for that same reason. I wrote a letter explaining why I didn't file taxes on 2013, went on IRS.gov and printed form showing that there was no taxes to be claimed for that year and I even went further and had my letter notarized. My last scanning was on Nov. 17. I called today and they said I still have a week to go. This waiting is stressful. Uff!!!

My Husband called them last week and the Agent said they cannot do anything we have to wait 60 days atleast....Its my 11th month in NVC!!!!!

  5. Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum, this is my first post, I need your advise. This is my 9th month in NVC Its really frustrating waiting. My husband have submitted every document they asked for. We have received two checklist one for AOS & 2nd for Civil documents (Original birth certificate). For AOS we have submitted the checklist 3 months back and for the original birth certificate we have sent it on 12th NOV and they received on 18th Nov and on 21st they emailed us the 60 days wait notice and also they have mentioned that they have received the documents on 18th Nov 2014. We thought that they won't take much time since every documents was received by them and when i submitted civil documents i submitted photocopy of my birth certificate so after 55 days of submission they have sent the checklist for original BC and now its almost 41 days we submitted it my husband called them last week the Agent said that we have to wait for 60 days atleast they cannot do anything. So need your advice what will be next.....
