Don't know why it taking this long..
Mine will be one month tomorrow. I'm hoping that it won't take months..
My status still" my oath ceremony will be scheduled".

Anyone here waiting for their oath ceremony to be scheduled? It's been a month since I did my interview in Portland, and it's approved same day. Didn't get a chance to take oath same day because the IO needs to talk to the supervisor first. I'm a little bit worried now.
Thanks everyone

Does anybody knows how long to get oath ceremony schedule? My field office is Seattle. But had my interview July 23 in Portland Oregon. Still shows"Oath ceremony will be scheduled"..
I also wonder if they will schedule my ceremony in Seattle or Portland.
Any similar experienced?

Around what time was the Oath ceremony held? I also have a Friday interview in Yakima and would like to have same day Oath, however my interview is scheduled for 1PM so I suspect I won't finish in time.
Also, do people that were moved from Seattle office know, if I can't make it to same day Oath, would I have to go back to Yakima at a later date, or would the Oath be at the Seattle office?
My case transferred in Portland. Had my interview 2 weeks ago. Didn't get approved right away, that's why I didn't get oath ceremony same day. I checked my status in the afternoon, it's approved and in line for oath. Still waiting for schedule until now. 😕 I called uscis today, they said waiting for oath ceremony could take up to 90days. I also wonder if my oath will be in Portland or in Seattle.
Gudluck with ur interview.

Congrats! I attended mine yesterday. It was very pleasant indeed. It makes you reflect on the journey to get to this point, and the immigration officers running it do acknowledge that. The moment when you make the oath and they pronounce you a Citizen just feels absolutely great.
It was 33 people from 21 different countries getting naturalized. I would have thought there would be more people
Congratulations!!! I'm waiting for mine to be scheduled. How long did u wait for your oath ceremony after your interview? Thank you..

Patience is always required when dealing with USCIS -- but you're in the home stretch!
Yup. I just really don't have idea how long they schedule for oath ceremony tho. I just know that Seattle and Portland do same day oath. Lol
Had my interview in Portland, coz they transferred my case there. And decision cannot be made. When I checked in the afternoon,it changed to "my oath ceremony will be scheduled". Can't wait to get schedule sooner! Lol

I had my interview today in Portland. IO was nice. I passed the civics test, unfortunately she said, she can't put me on the oath ceremony today because of the issue that i stayed in the Philippines more than 6 months. She needs to talk to her supervisor first. I've explained the reason and she said, she understand and it does makes sense why I've stayed there for that long.
She asked me to sign something for the certificate of naturalization, but when still decision cannot be made yet.
I'm still hoping for the best.
Gudluck everyone!
