My card hasn't arrived yet. At least it's in production.

Mine is written the same way, only initial. There is nothing to be worried about.

I didnt get Noa. I received fingerprints letter.... so I went to infopass and I received i-551stamp

they write my first name initial and last name... is it normal? anyway I searched it somepeople got letter like that but I am lil bit worried about...anyway ima contact to uscis next week..

I just got approved from USCIS feb 10th 2015...

Today I just received approval letter from USCIS.. However, they wrote my first name initial..

Do you guys think that they will write my green card name wrong too?

I am very worried about that right now.. Of course, I am going to contact to them this coming Monday..

I hopefull I can get right name on my card.

The letter. My first name it starts Y but they didn't write my full name.. and Y and last name that's all..

I got notice for my request has been approved. But. When they wrote my house address.. they didnt writ my full name.. I am kinda worried of green card too if they wrote my first name only 1 word just like this notice... nah

They sent me approved notice.. but. I cant see my full name.. only first name one alphabet and last name ......

after approved. how long takes a time to get my REAL green card in hand?

I am curious.. because I didn't get my noa1 at the first time.. so... I already talked to my mailman that I will get some important letter around next week . .

whenever uscis sent some letter to me it usually took 7days up to 10 days into my house.. anyway I am very nervousssssss

I got approved 10th and my status is still saying ordered my card.. that's all.

am I tooooo worried about it? idk.. because I never received 1 year extension letter it was very horrible experience to me that's why lol

My case had transferred local to csc but online status never changed so I contacted officer and tried to figure it out... and then they eventually put some inquiry of my case for updating.. it made people reviewing my case.... and the online status kept saying local office not csc for 3 months...

I am on boat of June 3rd filer. I made a service request and there was a field office address on the top of the respond e-mail. I had received a transfer notice from CSC but never received a letter it is transferred to field office. I am bit confused.

My husband is active military right now. We are living in Georgia.

Now I want to join the military. However, I have a question.

Do I have to go to see local army recruiter or... should I find some recruiter who already had experienced of permanent resident ?

Usually i-551 stamp is enough for your traveling but. You dont know that. So you better ask them first or advanced parole ( it is for traveling too.....)

Uscis officer Told me you can come back to america with extension letter but I couldnt. Because south Korea c.b.p. wanted me to show advanced parole. So.....

U better find Right way.... from mexico customer boarder protection as c.b.p.

Ask about advanced parole too

When u go out of Mexico (after you traveled ) Mexico c.b.p. will decide you so you should contact Mexico c.b.p. or get advanced parole i-512

they said

I sent email 2 days ago too actually after I contacted uscis they didn't reply THAT'S why I just sent it again kept bugging them.... because I sent all the documents and I was worried about my rfe documents sometimes USPS had mail accident too that's why.. but yesterday when I contacted USCIS representative she said "ohh I think someone started to review your case and you will get notice around 19th... idk If its interview or not or approval anyway just wait.. " and

When I talked to officer today ( I couldn't talk any officer yesterday they weren't available I think...so I contacted there again today)

He told me that mhm I cannot take care of it because your case is reviewing with another officer. and your file is in Vermont ( half ) and California (half) so I was very confused at the first time.. I asked them "so you mean... my case is in 2 service center but I responded all my requested for evidence in California service center" then he said " yes Oh right now yeah csc has your documents now and they will control everything and you will get letter around 19th.. I don't know about that because another officer is taking care of your case "

Actually whenever I contacted to USCIS to talk to officer, everyday their officer was different, and Feb4th.. I talked to the officer who was very kind and tried to help me.. and he eventually requested about my case ( he told me that) and he did it for me.. then It made them review my case. I think he helped me before too.. when I tried to get I-797 extension letter from USCIS he was the only one who helped me and I eventually received extension letter ( it was notice that's why I went to infopass to get I-551 stamp) anyway.

I guess he is very old person and very polite, kind, and nicer than any other office.

he actually asked about all my info and explained to me everything in detail too.

Thank u so much!! I couldnt believe it. While I was writing down my case status time line here I thought I wont get it for a while until 19 th but it is all of sudden. When I checked it again. ( i didnt rly think so much) I couldnt believe it...... oh my.

Some people told me that even if you kept bugging uscis officer they wont change but i think they are!!

biometrics : 1st bio- July 14th 2014/ 2nd bio - Jan 23 2015 / 3rd bio- Feb 3rd 2015 ( 3rd bio I only took new pic.. no fingerprints)
Case transferred from vsc to csc Oct 29th

Rfe : Dec 18th 2014

Rfe responded : Feb 4th (They received my rfe 4th)

I am still pending case... but they said wait until 19th... they are adjudicating my case now..

I hopefully will receive a notice of action (approval notice please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Have you ever received something like that?????? Anyone?

I Havent heard from then since Dec 8th when my application was received at local office ( I guess CSC) Im soo frustrated! I had plans to go out if the country soon but I fear they would send me something when im gone. My NOA was June 26...more than 7 months waiting!

you should contact to uscis to figure it out... I did.. and it was very weird and surprised to me.

uscis customer service representative pulled up my case and looked at my case very detail .... ( she wasn't officer)) it means.. they could do it like that but they usually talked about just case status...

anyway she helped me a lot today. she told me what's going on ... they started to review your case.. someone put inquiry of your case feb 4th... you will hear something until 19th.. I think we sent mail to you... blah blah sth like that..

yes I got RFE dec 18th I sent them Feb 1st i think..and they received my case Feb4th.. and when I contacted USCIS they said... We are reviewing your case right now and I think we sent you mail Feb4th.. so You will check your mail box as much as you can..

and she said idk if its Interview or decision mail idk... so.. you should keep checking your mail box until 18th or 19th...

I think if they sent something to me feb 4th it usually takes a week to arrive here so.. i am going to check my mail box everyday.

I think I am going to get interview... mhm? Feb 4th officer made them update or review my case.. and. Uscis customer representative said maybe you will get any letter until 19th.... interview or decision letter. And my case is still pending mhm?!

They are reviewing my case I heard that. Idk. If its interview notice or not.
