    Just when i thought this process was going to take forever, my wife got her approval today.

    • Up to 20 prenatal visits.
    • Prenatal vitamins and medicines your doctor orders.   
    • Diabetic supplies your doctor orders (starting September, 2014).
    • Labor with delivery of the baby. 
    • Regular checkups, vaccines and medicines the doctor orders for the baby after the baby leaves the hospital
    • Two doctor visits for you after your baby is born

    • Prenatal vitamins and medicines your doctor orders.   
    • Diabetic supplies your doctor orders (starting September, 2014).
    • Labor with delivery of the baby. 
    • Regular checkups, vaccines and medicines the doctor orders for the baby after the baby leaves the hospital
    • Two doctor visits for you after your baby is born.

    So can my husband enroll on it this week still? Will it not affect my AOS at all ? Is there anyway that he can enroll on it and not me even tho we are married?

    Your husband does not qualify for Medicaid.

    You can go to https://www.healthcare.gov/glossary/open-enrollment-period/ and check if there is a plan that cover your needs. The deadline is feb 15 to enroll.

    "When a person who is not a U.S. citizen applies for an original social security number or a duplicate or corrected social security number card, she or he is required to submit, as evidence of alien status, a current document issued by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services in accordance with that agency’s regulations. The document must show that the applicant has been lawfully admitted to the United States, either for permanent residence or under authority of law permitting him or her to work in the United States (EAD) , or that the applicant’s alien status has changed so that it is lawful for him or her to work."
