When we got back from Christmas vacation we got a notice stating that our case was sent to San Fran and that they were assisting csc. They asked for relationship evidence and my 325-a (odd)

Sent it in.....they got the info on the 5th

Anyone else get a odd transfer?

We are adjusting from a K1 and they requested more info and another 325-a

(We're in FL so not our local office)

Just curious if they are responding fast after they receive the information.

IE? Sorry, meant the NVC site for Dublin cases. It seems that they are all still in "transit" which would mean they are swimming across the pond and drying off before Dublin picks them up.

The system was taken down the weekend of the 4th because of payment issues. Call back and try to speak with someone else. I find that sometimes they know what they're talking about sometimes they don't. lol I think odd things are going on bc there hasn't been updates on the embassy end since the first. Who knows.

Well since the guy isn't a programmer like the people that will be working on it, he wasn't that high. I was saying they aren't process anything. Sorry figured that people would get how that works.

Hi all, last night I spoke with a helpful guy from NVC. (He's also going through a visa process.)

He said that everyone has been working weekends lately.

But.... Because of the huge glitches they are taking down the system Thursday night and it will be up monday. He said that they don't expect delays (but... He personally thinks that next week might be slow. But everyone there is 100% not working.

Example, I called today, they said my case was received. I forgot to ask the date called back, case not received. Called a third time, case received. Called the fourth time case received 2 days ago not today. Boom. I was obsessive today but clearly nothing is working.

I'm being completely impatient lol

Approved June 15, case sent to NVC the 23rd and its still not showing its there. Sigh. But medical booked.

I took all the paperwork to my fiance on my last trip, so it was dated May 20. Does anyone know how long the documents are valid? I was wondering if I need to send them again before the interview.

I only got lucky bc Rubios office messed up and illegally pulled the wrong file aka big oops have a feeling that's the only reason mine got approved

Go online, find your rep. Hit submit. That's it.

All the instructions are on your reps website. It's a fill in the blank form along with an authorization you sign. Just tell them how many days u r at and to find out what's going on. It's as simple as that, don't think too hard.

If you need further proof attached is a screen shot. You are also allowed to do a general inquiry into your file with a Tier 2.

bttmfor10i, so....In theory yes, you can put the date you "remember" and yes, they will place an inquiry into your file.

can not put false date must put the date that you received uscis , check your home when there uscis says the date you received
