I have sent my petition on 28th November and USCIS has not cashed my check. I'm still waiting , its hard to stay calm but prepare yourself for everything.
Wish you luck -
Please email embassy. They are usually very helpful. Congrats!!
What should we ask them for?
-
Happened to us also, got there in the end no problems
Thank you

Thank you to everyone for helping me. I really appreciate everyone's help.

They will get it. Happened with me also and it went fine.
Thank you so much, what a relief.
Did it take too long for them to receive or normal time.

Hello,
USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas, TX 75266 is for usps regular mail. For overnight mail express mail or any other courier such as ups, fedex it should be mailed to 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067. If u ship it to USPS they will just put it on the lockbox.

Will the get my petition or will they return back to me i dont understand

Someone must sign for it. You must've set it up that way. I did too. Did not cause issues in my case.
That's what i did, thank you for explaining. I was so worried.

Hi, everyone
Yesterday we sent our 129f to with overnight shipping toUSCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266It was meant to be delivered by today at 12pm and now it says
Available for Pickup DALLAS, TX 75260
Does someone know anything about this. -
Kentucky is generally handled by the Texas Service Center.
Buckle in - you have a wait.. Texas is much slower than California at processing right now. Hopefully when you are waiting that will change or petitions will be transferred.
Good luck!
My fiance she lives in Pennsylvania
Thank you for wishing luck

Thank you everyone for helping and advising me

I have to mail my petition to this address right ?The USCIS Dallas Lockbox
For U.S. Postal Service:
USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266
And how do I know which processing center my application will go. -
No not at all. You can keep copies for yourself just for your records, but USCIS only wants one form for each of you.
Thank you
-
Since you're posting in the K-1 forum I have to assume this is for you and your fiance, so it'd be only two copies. One for each of you along with one photo of each of you. You can put them in a small plastic baggie (like you use for snacks or such), write the name of the person on the back of the photo and paperclip that to the respective G-325a.
So one form for me and one for my fiance?
No need for copies?
-
Do i need four copies of form G-325a ?
And should I attach the passport pictures to this form ?
-
In response to the private message you sent, here are the instructions for filling out the check. I couldn't send it in a message for some reason.
Thank you
-
Hi. You can add Form G-1145 after the check if you want to request an e-notification when USCIS accepts your application. Good luck on your application!
Thank you
There is an example cover letter for K1 applications here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/exampleswhich you may find useful.
Thank you for your continuous help.

My son had the same problem so they handwrote in small letters in that field his fiancée's full address )even though the rest of the form was filled in on the computer. It didn't cause a problem - his petition was approved in 9 days!
A separate sheet will also be fine as long as you head it with all the appropriate reference points.
I will try which handwrite it, if it does not fit then i will attach a seprate sheet.
Thank you so much
-
Mayby write "see attached page" and then make a separate sheet with the Address.
Make sure to label the attached sheet with i129f and wich question etc
I was thinking about that, but im afraid it would affect our pettition.
This is really stressful, thank you for your advice
-
I live in a dorm and my mailing address is too long and it wont fit in form 129f.
Can you please advise me what should I do.I dont want to put my parents address though.
-
You know, my fiance lived in a dorm when we filed too. He just put his address, in a regular address format. It wasn't implied that it was a dorm. Is yours?
I don't even know if I could have lived there if I had to...
mine has the strert name and the university name followed by
Room #125 Po box432
-
I would attach an explaining letter.
Good luck!
That's whay i have been thinking, i just dont know if its the right thing.
Thank you so much for your help.
-
from what I understand, just put your address. That's what I did. I'm moving in a few weeks, but when I filled out the form, I had no idea where.
The problem is that I'm living in a dorm university dorm.
I'm afraid to put my dorm address " Address in the United States where your fiance intends to live" because they might now that my fiance wont be allowed to live in a dorm.
I'm sorry if i was confusing. thank you for trying to help me.
Do I have to put more than 340$ on my bank for I-129f
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

Hi everyone
My fiance sent our petition to USCIS on 28th November and we still didn't get an electronic notification and the cash has not be cashed yet.
My fiance wrote a check of 340$ , but should we have more than 350$ in the bank account, we just want to make sure if we should have more or not.
Thank you to everyone
