Welcome and good luck on your journey

Make sure you read of the guides. You will have to wait until after she signs the (all 4 copies) G-325 and the letter of intent. Your trip will also give you good evidence of meeting. Make sure you take pictures, save boarding passes, hotel receipts, and passport photo. Good luck on your journey and have a wonderful trip

You can buy your tickets either in the US or Philippines. It is usually best to wait until after the interview since there could always be delays. Good Luck at the interview.

Congrats and good luck on your job search

It is hard to determine how long it will take to get the green card. I have seen people receive them in 4 months and other people waiting a few years. For the most part, each case is different. If she wants to work before receiving the green card, apply for EAD along with the AOS. People have been receeving their EAD in about 2-3 months. You can begin working once you receiving the EAD.

After you marry, AOS is the next step in the process. Once again, you will completing more forms (it never seems to end). Good luck on the rest of the process and your interview.

I believe that you will need 2 photos for each the I-485 and I-765 for a total of 4 photos. Although you send the forms to the same place, they will be processed at different locations (I-485 at local office and I-765 at National Benefits Center).

That's a good question. I really don't know if it makes a difference or not since you will be using the AP when you return to the US. I don't recall it stating anywhere the specific uses. Maybe someone else here will know the answer.

You will need a copy of the NOA2 when you apply for AOS. I had the same problem when I was approved and it took 4 months to get a copy of the NOA2. The USCIS website kept saying case is pending but I received a letter from the NVC stating they received an approved case. I wasn't able to get a copy of the NOA2 until my file was back in the US, which of course was after the visa was issued and Eliana was here in the US. From other discussions I have seen here, I guess it might possible to use other evidence when you file the I-485 (having a visa is good evidence you were approved) but I would try to get a copy. After many phone calls, one of the operators told me that cases get approved but sometimes they don't update the computers. Good luck on the rest of your journey

Once you have the greencard, AP is no longer required. Have a good trip

Congrats. It sounds like your interview went very well.
About your AP question. Did you request multiple trips or single use? If you selected multiple trips you can travel mutiple times. When you use the AP the first time, they will stamp your documents, keep one copy and you will keep the other. Any trip after that, you just show all your stamped documents

You would look at the USCIS National Benefits Center which is located in Missouri for the EAD and AP. Look at your local office for the AOS processing dates.

Congrats and good luck with the rest of your journey together

In my case, the check cleared first and than we received the NOA1 in regular mail but others have received them in the other order. You won't receive e-mails for your case until after you sign up at the USCIS website. You will be able to sign up after you receive the NOA1 or get the number off the back of the check

You should go to your biometrics appointment. If you don't go, you will be delaying the process even more.
