That's good that you finally got an interview date. Good luck at the interview.

Just be prepared for long waits at all steps in the process. Seems like it will never end at times.

Same thing happened to us. We had the same dates. Transferred 2/25, letter date 3/12

To track your case online you need to get the number from the biometrics appointment not from the NOA.

Our case was also transferred to CSC but it took 3 weeks from us to get a letter from VSC (which was just a standard letter). There were a lot of cases transferred to CSC because VSC was so much slower than CSC.

I would try finding out what you need to do to get your biometrics completed but I'm not sure how to do that.

Transferred on 2-25-09 and received letter (actually 2 of the same letter) in the mail today. The letter had a date of 3-12-09 and was sent from VSC.

Hopefully an approval will come soon.

I remember the wait for the documents to arrive in Rio but there was a way to track the documents using DHL tracking.

I have to agree that your sister's childern were mostly likely considered the strong tie that allowed your sister to get her tourist visa. I think you may have to go visit them or have your sister try a bring only 1 or 2 of her children (of course not fair to the one left behind) and hope that works. I am not sure if a lawyer could help in this situation.
