We brought 3 when we were there two weeks ago but only kept the 2005.

When I was there 2 weeks ago, I was amazed at the amount of business he had. Of course, when everyone was there a few days later to pick up their visa's, everyone had learned there lesson and didn't bring there phones.

Thanks everyone. Now all I have to do is wait until Elaina arrives, get married and start the next step in the paperwork process. At least for the next step she will be here with me

I agree with the others. You will be making the process much longer by starting over.
We decided to get married here in US (which means less time apart) and than travel to Brazil to celebrate with her family and friends once we can travel.
Good luck with whatever decision you make.

The only form that we had to have notarized was the I-134.
I am not sure how different the UK is from Brazil (other can help you there) but we brought copies of the last 3 tax returns (they gave 2003 and 2004 back), letter from employer (which they gave back) and my last 3 pay stubs (which they also gave back). It is still good to bring as much as possible even if they don't ask for it.
Good luck with the rest of the process.

Hang in there and focus on the interview. Everything will fall in place in time. Good luck with everything.

Elaina finally has her visa in her hands (12 days after being approved). So much for paying for overnight mail. Now, only 10 days until she arrives. After 7 months of trying to get her here, including the attempt of a tourist visa (not the best idea we had), I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel and we will finally be together. Thanks everyone for all your help.

We used copies for everything except for our birth certificates (we also brought copies so they could return the originals).
We were never asked for either the NOA1 or NOA2 at the interview. From what I understand, and anyone correct me if I am wrong, you don't need the NOA2 again until you apply for AOS.
Next you should receive a letter from the NVC letting you know they received an approved petition and that they are sending it to the Consulate.
