The AP is good for a year. Once you receive the conditional green card, the AP is no longer needed and you can travel with only the conditional green card.

Once you receive the notice it will tell you exactly what they need. It could be missing documents, something you sent before and they "misplaced", more evidence of relationship, etc. When you receive the latter, just send them what they request (even if it was sent before) so they can continue working on your case. We have usually purchased our tickets at BACC Travel here in NY (My family has used them flying from CA) and they have some good deals depending on the time of year you fly. We didn't include a copy of our lease since it is in my name only. We just included othe proof that we live together (credit card bills, insurance, and car loan) and we were approved. If you get a letter it could help but if your other evidence is ood, I wouldn't worry about it.
