Does every case status change in to administrative process ?

Hi all can you plz tell me how long it can take , they hv approved my visa during interview and said you will get your passport back with in 2 weeks. Now CEACE website status is showing under administrative process .

Hi, thanks to all VJs for your support and guidance , my k1 visa has approved today . It was easy than i expected , they just asked formal questions like , how did you meet, when did she visited and how many times you guys have met each others, what she does . I will advise you guys Try to be confident during interview because the other person behind is looking at you and noticing your behaviour . Good to all . Thanks again

Hi, my interview is on 8th April , I am but confuse can anyone tell, should I use the old form i134f which we submitted with the petition at USCIS as my fiancé has changed her job and now her salary has changed. She has sent me a new form signed with latest dates , which I should use can anyone tell ?

Oh no! Plz don't say that it is already difficult to wait my fiancé has visited me 4 times during the application process and it's not easy for us to wait n stay separate ! I am hoping it won't be the case with us!

Dear all , I am bit confused here, I am trying to fill form of readiness and it asks case number , Which number I should add ? Starting from LDN ? Or petition one starting from SRC? Secondly planned wedding date it should be booked with registrar office or the one we are planning ? Plz guide me Thanks

After receiving NOA2 for my K-1 visa I checked my NVC status today and It shows " in transit to the consular section and your interview date was provided to you by NVC"

I am Confused we haven't scheduled any interview and nothing was provided by the NVC. Can you please tell me what's going on ? What should we do next ???

I am facing the same situation but What if your visa extension case is in the court and you still legal . Still can you apply?

Hi all! Can you please guide we have received our NOA2 and on form 129f we mentioned fiancé will apply visa at London consulate / embassy. When we applied weren't expectibg that it will take that long , I want to spend sometine with my mum and planning to leave the uk. Is it possible that I may appear in my country for interview rather than London ? If yes then what would be the procedure plz ! Thanks in advance

NOA2 received after 6 months n 12 days, during this period what I have learnt , you don't need to call Helpline coz they are providing the same information you already know . Even sometime false info. On 8th jan 15, they said it will take more than 1 month and I received my NOA2 after 3 days. Can anyone tell what next ?

I am wondering why are they Changing their statements, before Xmas they said , your case was assigned to case worker in October and normally case worker takes 30-45days and so it was due by the 1st Jan 2015, but due to Xmas n new year hoplidays you ca estimate one week extra and now they are saying they are dealing may 2014.

we submitted our I 129f on 26 June 14 at Texas centre.

It's more than 6 months and yesterday my fiancé called uscis helpline to check why it is taking so long, as it is really difficult to stay away with each other. When she called they told her Texas center is really very busy and we are still working on the applications received in May 14. You will have to wait more than 1 month now and if still you don't recieve any letter then contact us after one month. We are shocked, while other people submitted their application at the same time have received NOA2 already . We are confused what's going, last month They said your result is expected in the first week of jan. as it was Xmas holidays and now they are saying they are dealing may 14's applications . Any one got idea what's happening? Thanks
