Hi, dear is it possible to file AOS sponsorship without last 3 years income details ? As my wife has 2 recent years details , is it possible to file With just 2014-2013 income tax returns? She even doesn't remember salary for 2012. Can anyone guide plz. we have contacted IRS and they will send copies with in 10 working days.

Hi all! Can you please guide me, my wife is filing form I864 for me, she has latest 2 years returns and record but unfortunately she doesn't remember the income for the last 3rd year income which in 2012. We contacted IRS office they will take almost 2 weeks and my documentation for AOS-k1 is ready just need to fill one cell. I don't wanna wait for 2 Weeks for just a figure.so is it possible to file by writing 2 year details ? Or what is the fastest way to find out the exact income on tax return? Thanks

Guys don't need to be worried , my took few days but my embassy was London and situation varies from a person to person .. InshaAllah your AP will change soon.

Hi VJs, with your supports I am with my love in NY. I am staying at a relative for a short time as we are looking for an appartment for us. Is it okay if use my uncles address on social security number application as my wife is using her mother address on her SSN. Should I wait for the same address for us both ? Or it is okay to apply social security number on different address ? Thanks

I am still in my country but planning to go with in 2 weeks but this way I would have less than 60 days left in my visa . Someone made me worried that I need to travel to states with in the 90 days of visa issuance . Plz guide thanks

Hi all, my visa was issued on 14th April 2015, but still I am in my country. Can anyone tell is it necessary that I have 90 days visa left when I enter in USA? They issued me almost 6 months visa and almost 2 months have been passed. I am planning to go to USA in july. But I would have almost 83 days left in my visa if I go in july . Plz guide me thanks

i don't think there is a direct flight from Pakistan to the U.S. anywas (at least not to Atlanta). You would have to be coming from a different country. Most flights go through Dubai or Doha. Are you wanting to leave from England?

Hi thanks , I got my passport back on 16th I m so happy , but unfortunately in my excitement I opened the packet iv without reading instruction, guys plz when you received your post just open get your passport and don't open the packet inside the post , these are the documents you sent to the USCIS at the time of petition along with medical record. Only immigration department or doctor can open this packet when you reach USA . So plz don't do this mistake I contacted embassy they have called me back to reseal it. I was so upset , as if you open this packet you invalidate you visa . Packet be sealed and you have to carry with you to USA. Thanks Good luck !

Pak visa?

Yeah boiler is right about the two AP. I'm in the other AP. The background checks and who even knows what. Not the getting your visa and paperwork ready AP. It's been three weeks already and my case hasn't even been updated once.

And it's lucky your fiance could visit multiple times. It makes it a bit easier being so far away. I tried to visit last December but was denied. I'm thinking to apply for another tourist visa and maybe visit before Eid (it's looking more like he would not have the visa by then)

InshaAllah he will get his visa soon don't be worried. What I observed it depends upon individual circumstances I was worried after interview at london embassy they put me in AP but luckily

For 2 days , now status has changed "issued". I feel it depends what you have provided in petition. We provided them everything. So during interview they even didn't ask photos and other proof. I just provided them birth certificate n police certificate and affidavit of support. They asked few questions which I answered correctly . After interview gentleman told me I have been approved and will get my passport back in 2 weeks . But Alhamdulillah its exact 7 days today and I am expecting my passport collection. So it's nothing to do with Muslims or Pakistanis I guess . I think it also depends on petitioner's job and income mentioned on affidavit of support .

Yes my interview was at london embassy.

Mine was delivered 2nd day after status changed to issued.

here you can track your passport. just enter the passport number and check status. if it says ready for pickup, go and collect your visa packet

Hi luckily my status remained in AP for 2 days , I am so happy and now it shows Issued from 2 days . i choose collection from Dx office, can anyone tell how will they inform me when to collect and normally how many days it takes after issued status . Thanks

Thanks all for your comments , I am hopeful InshaALLAH I will get my passport back soon as my interview went very well . They even didn't ask any proof like receipts and photos. The gentle man told me you have been approved and you will receive your passport back in 2 weeks .

I just pray it will not take that long.. Can you plz tell me Administrative process status comes with every application after interview or few ?
