Hello everyone!!! I filed in February but I guess it's way too soon to think of an interview. My status hasn't changed to "ready to be scheduled.." which makes me kinda worried.

It's normal. I applied in October and my status hasn't changed either.

I really doubt it. People that filed in aug 2014 have already been interviewed. I think you will get your interview letter by next friday, and the week after we should be getting it too. lets just hope.

Guys got reply for my service request I created end of April cuz it was outside 6months and I got the dumbest reply one could possible get. They be like u contacted us but didn't give a reason why? What the hell do they want when on the subject I put outside normal processing time and I wrote it's been more then 6 months since our application is pending? Man, my dog could do better job then them.

That sucks! They just updated their timeline today. As of March 31, 2015 they were processing June 4, 2014. Perhaps we are 2 months away still.

Just joining in to say hi, our I485s were accepted on 16th January this year, biometrics all done, EAD and AP in hand but no movement on our statuses since then (K1&2 applicants).

Looks like we've got at least another 5-6 months until we hear anything!

Does anyone know what dates they are processing right now? It sucks that they don't keep their timeline updated everyday or at least every month instead of every 2 months. I would think they are processing late June but does anyone know exact date?

Next up for Dallas is JeanF from August 2nd then hcm and and me from October lol, but I think cuz of the weather last month, they rescheduling lot of appointments so we gonna be 2 weeks more late, man the waiting is killing us

After what it seemed like an eternity, finally my wife's EAD was approved today!

OMG, that is just unnecessary torture! I might have a job if that card comes in on time. Did you move to another home address? Anyone a good scenario?

Only thing I can think of is that my wife does have an EAD through DACA but it's going to expire in May. Maybe that's why they shoved my file to the back of the line since she still has a valid EAD. But it still stressing me out because it's way passed the usual time. At the appointment they said they don't see anything out of the ordinary. That I just have to keep waiting.

The website of USCIS indicates 'Card Was Ordered To Be Produced' finally after 95 days waiting. How long will it take (best /worst scenario) for having the actual EAD in hands?

Congrats! I'm still waiting! I went to an Info Pass appointment last week and they told me to give them another 30 days and then to call back. Augh!!

I want to come out of hiding and say that reading this forum has been such a lifesaver. It is a weirdly comforting knowing that we are not the only ones going through this terrible process and there are other october-filing husbands and wives at home going stir-crazy waiting for that EADs.

I was wondering if you had received your EAD. Our filing dates were around the same time and I was keeping on your timeline since I thought mine was taking a long time. Have you tried contacting them since it has been 90+ days?

Yeah I called them and they put in a request for me. They said to wait 15 days to call again. I have a request put it for the EAD, one for AP and I also have an appointment on the 23 in case I still haven't heard back.

So am I the only one that hasn't received EAD?

No EAD approval yet but got an email that a request to check the status of my application was created and that it was assigned to an officer. Hopefully we'll hear something soon.

I am the applicant and several questions were asked like my name, dob, address, alien number.

Thanks. I called this morning but I'm the petitioner so they said my wife has to call or be with me. They didn't want to help me. I'm at work so we'll call when I get home.

I just called Uscis for a service request for my EAD(76th day today) and was given a confirmation number and was told to wait for a response after 15 days and if there will be no update at all, call them again.

Good morning. First call attempt this morning and they told me they can't help me with the EAD information because my wife is not present with me right now since I'm the petitioner and she is the applicant. That's dumb!! So I will have to get her to call later today. She is up and about running errands right now.

We're 2 weeks out from hitting 90 days anyway. I might wait, what's the protocol if you hit 90 days and still no EAD?

I think we can call and ask to speak to a tier 2. I'll find out here in the next 2 days and I'll report back.
