Ok, so I got the mail letter.. will open later on (unfortunately, at work right now...lol) BUT I got some good news from USCIS website now, it says I've been approved

I've received the official letter. I am guessing they sent it again, their system seems to be really buggy lately..

Same here, case moved to my local office

I tried the one on the NOA letter and it worked and I got the confirmation on my email. When I tried the other one that I use to check the case online it says it doesn't exist in their database.

"You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."

My sponsor is my mother-in-law and she hasn't moved so I think we are good.

I am about to change my address online and I am not really sure which receipt number to use. Is it the WAC# from the I-797 letter NOA or the WAC# that I use to check my case status online?

I am just really confused that I've seen that only non immigrants visas would be affected.. but people are saying that immigrants one, like CR-1, are being affected too..

Unfortunately it impacts ALL visas. They are only issuing emergency visas for humanitarian work and for those going to pick up adopted kids overseas.

Oh dang, I was pretty sure that I've seen somewhere that it would only affect no immigrants visas =/
