  1. Thats great then. They are really concerned about the conception. Married or not, they are not really concerned of that. When we had the crba, they told a couple that even if they are married they still need evidence to support that they were together around the estimated time of conception.

Like it was a big slap on the girl. The husband and their other kids was even there. Her voice started to fill the 2nd floor of the building. But i think they got approved. They spent longer time with american consul :)

Ok we have so many pictures, proof and all. I just cant believe how fast things going. USCIS Received the packet November 3 and on 10 December we received the NOA 2 via email.

Just make sure you have your husband call USCIS Military Line and ask if they can request expedite from the computer.

Did you get you NOA 1 yet?

  2. No problem. I was on the same boat about 2yrs ago.

Nice atleast she wont have a problem with the pi passport.

Unlike me we have to travel about 2hrs going to cdo.

Just make sure that during the estimated time of conception you and your fiance are together. I know it is obvious that he is your son but the embassy will need concrete evidence. So visa stamp, ultrasound, pictures. Include military evidence. Maybe it will give a little push.

And maybe you signed the birth certificate. And dfa in cagayan do not have rush processing. It will take more than a month to get the passport.

I applied october 24... Got my passport dec 8 :)

Oh yes we have all of that, (Proof that we were together) I was able to get leave and go back to PI when he was 2 days old and this was the last time I seen them. Actually we got married during conception. I was married before, and my lawyer told me I was cleared to get married and gave me court papers. So I went to PI and we had our ceremony and this is when she got preggy. When I had returned for my deployment this is when I found out he had lied about the date and it was couple weeks after that my previous marriage was finalized. So the one in PI didnt count and now I had to file as i129f. I actually paid this lawyer for the immigration papers and this attorney promised me that my wife/fiance would be good to go when I return from deployment. Then when I returned for my medical issues, this immigration attorney had disappeared, grrrrr.

But I did find a great attorney did all my paper work Pro-Bono, (ATT Robert Brown Immigration) Omg they did all my paper work and couple weeks and mailed it to USCIS.

    Wow ty Robert Brown.

  3. You dont have to be in PI for the crba and passport as long as your docs are notarized from the us. Make sure you send the docs close to the interview date. I think some forms are valid for about 3 months only. Just check on the documents

Your son can have pi passport too.

    Wow,

    Thank you very much.

My Fiance is also from Cagyan De Oro

  4. Hey guys, I recently called USCIS military help line to expedite our case due to my husband's PCS. Got a mail requesting for supporting documents. Any input of what documents should I send in ? I have a copy of my husband's order(he got the order 3 months prior to our wedding, and is now PCS oversea) , would the order still be good? And what else should I send in? Thanks.

I was injured overseas and I am part of the Wounded Warrior Project. I submitted all my surgeries and appointments, then with in 3 day my paper work was approved. So what i am saying the more the better. If he has any thing else besides orders will be good also, such as his MOS and request that he is ordered to go overseas.

  5. I understand, but is this easier because do I have to be there to do the CRBA? Because I am still getting treatment for my injuries here in the USA. I did complete my first surgery and I have at lease 2 more surgeries to go.

The USCIS gave approved the Expedite Request After filing the i129f everything was approved with in a month and a half. Can he get a Philippine Passport?

Do you know if I have to be in country for the CRBA?

Thanks so very much for your help

  6. My fiance had our child while i was shipped over seas on a Military Deployment. I was able to get leave from my deployment to be with them for a couple of days. Then I had to return to the mission when I got injured and the unit sent me back to the USA for treatment. I did finally get my first surgery, and have another one on the 15th of December, them they will schedule me another one after the 15th.

I submitted an expedited request and it was approved in a few days. Now, we just received the NOA 2. But the military told me my son is a USA Citizen, but I do believe he still requires a passport. I am not sure.

Can any one here please help me with some advice?

As usual you guys are very helpful.

  7. Next stage, once processed by NVC, is receiving a case number and the petition being forwarded to the beneficiary's embassy.

It may be of use to review the guides, particularly the K1 Flow Chart, to get a better idea of what is to come. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/300-general-k1-guides-and-info/

Thank you veery much for the help and putting us at ease.

    This sight is something else.

  10. Don't give up hope.

    1. If she is in Somewhere say Mindanao, South Catabato, G.S. City, etc... you just need to get your receipts and invoices for the hospital charges. Then you need to submit those to Tri-Care. Those should come back to you within 8 weeks or so.

    2. Call the USCIS hotline for military members and let them know what is going on. Also, tell them about the lawyer, name etc. They will go after him for you. He won't be able to hurt any other person doing this again.

    3. Make sure your wife gets a copy of her CENOMAR showing she is married to you from NSO (with red ribbon). Also, you need a copy of your sons birth certificate with red ribbon, and a copy of her police report. All need to be certified correctly. Make sure you also set up with the U. S. Embassy for your Certificate of Birth Abroad for your child. It is better if you get multiple copies of that, and get it certified in your local city at the county clerks office upon arrival. Same for the marriage certificate. This prevents you from having to fly back to Philippines later to get a certified copy.

    4. If your immigration office on base is refusing to help, go to your IG and make a complaint. They signed up to serve at the service desk, not make complaints when someone needs their help. If they don't want the job, they can be moved out of that position into one that is better suited for them. Sometimes they forget that and need to be reminded.

    5. If you need assistance while you are deployed, remember you an always get her housing paid for through the military as well. Since you are forward deployed, and she cannot be moved into the USA, they would do it. Right now, the housing rate for outside Manila and Cavite is $22,700.00 annually. This should help you out tremendously. It should not be her own house, or yours though. You should have a proper lease available in English with a diplomatic 30 day back out notice. (Make sure you keep receipts as this is taxable and can be written off later due to your deployment.)

If you need more help, feel free to write me in PM. I don't need to know specifics exactly. Only what you need to remedy, or what you are trying to do. I can give you the book or website you need to use for making things happen in a favorable manner. If it outside of my realm of knowledge, I should at least know who can answer you.

Yes, I did do take and it was kicked back. I met with BCAC and they phoned TRICARE couple days ago. TRICARE stated they sent me a letter explaining on the invoices i had sent, there was a section stating "Professional Fees". Now I have to contact the doctor and ask if she can write what those Professional Fees were. This is a project in itself. Because, to try and help my wife, i attempt to try and take care of all this but they dont understand. My wife is at home with our child.

Oh wow that is a great idea, but do you think I should just wait tell I finish filing. Because I do not trust him any longer. I feel he may try and make up some story to try and red flag or block my filing some how. How do you feel about this?

I do have these originals, and copies

We do not have an immigration office here. I guess due to cut backs. They do have an immigration officer, and I did speak with her but the help I got from her was much less then I received from the first sentence of your comment. The only person I spoke with regarding any of this was the passport department. But, I am going to wait tell I finish filing because I dont know what people can do, or could do to try and derail my efforts. I hope you understand. I did contact AILA(MAP). Regarding to try and locate an immigration attorney, that can help me woth this PRO BONO. I did find this agency online, because I do is sit here in my medical room. just thinking and fighting several battles at once.

Wow, I never heard of this. Do you know how I will go about applying for this? Where will I go? This would help, because she had to just move because we couldnt afford the rent she was out then. Now she is a place where there is no running water, or room. But our child is always sick because of the dust and the area she is in, is low standards. Now this ISIS issue in her area sucks.

Ok this will be great. I am always in my room watching TV and trying to go online and look for advise. I am never going to give up. I always say, "anything worth wild don't come easy". Our relationship was the same, since 2011.

  11. I received my expedite the other day from NVC.

USCIS just needs you to call them and notify them once you have your NOA1.

You will need to contact NVCexpedite@state.gov with the following format.

    1. Subject Line: Your case number / Expedite

    2.

    Beneficiary Case Number

    Beneficiary Name in full

    Beneficiary Date of birth

    Your Name

    Your date of birth

Clearly put in your reason for expedite. Include a list of the items you are sending in the email.

    V/r;

    Your name

    Any attachments

One other thing, send in copies to USCIS, and originals to the NVC / US Embassy.

All your paperwork should be waivered for fees as you are in the united states military. You can also submit copies (not even certified) to the NVC. (Make sure you note on every one that you are in the military).

Tri-care is in the Philippines as well, but you need to go into certain regions (eg Luzon or Manila area.)

Make sure your wife and child are listed on your orders. This will ensure they have no problems with the expedite.

Make sure your wife and child have ID cards if possible. They can then be moved at expense of the U. S. Government upon your getting them a visa / green card (under your orders).

Please see your immigration officer for the local base that you work on. They always have one, and always have ways to get you through.

    This is a great help,

I did go threw with what you had submitted.

They live in an area where TRICARE is not a part a part of. They live about a 2 hour flight from Manila. I have been in contact with the BCAC here on base, and they made several calls from there end. The only thing I came up with is that i am paying cash for all medical bill, medications and materials. This really sucks because I am part of the Wounded Warrior Project, due to my injuries over seas. I did not come back with my Unit. My unit is already at there homes with their families, while I am stuck here trying to get treatment, and now ISIS is in her province. This is another issue, GRRRR.

I paid an attorney up front before i was deployed and now he had disappeared. Get this he is actually a reserve army JAG Officer. This has been such a difficult couple years. My son get sick every month because of his medical issues, and I attempt to beg TRICARE to help us. They tell me their hands are tied. I have to keep trying to submit itemized invoices to TRICARE to just get them kicked back after several months.

I never thought this will be so hard, specially being in the Military. I actually went to the passport department here on base, and they told me it is my problem because we didnt tell u to go get married and have kids with some one in such a difficult country. I just hung up on them and not giving up, but my stomach gets so sick just thinking about her and our kids in that area, with those issues.

If I was not still on deployment orders here, i would not be able to eat because of the money I send back for hospital bills. Now i eat free from the chow hall. I am a reservist, and i actually make 3500 dollars less being on this deployment, compared to my civilian job. but still trying to push threw.

Being overseas and seeing the things i seen is crazy and hard and now my attorney/jag attorney lied and disappeared. so i guess if you need anything done, you have to do it yourself.

This is the point I am in now.

    TY

  12. *** Thank you for your service! **

It may help to have a letter from your commander also.

    http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

    Wow Hank_,

That is a great idea. I am a type of person that will like to get everything together, then submit it all. I feel you can not have to much information to submit but you can have not enough.

Now I have another question, how you think the letter should be formatted? Because the issues I been having since this deployment, it appears that I am the first soldier that has ever had these issues. My remarks to the command here, "Wow I am the first soldier that has ever had these issues in the past 239 years, LOL" I do know its that the military as a whole, it just we have allot of new soldiers and commanders that never came across these type of issues. I guess i am teaching them and giving them a run for their money.

What I will like to do is type something up and present it to my commander. She is really nice person about 28 years of age and most of all she does listen to her soldiers. What I like to do is, get all the information together and hope they will just put the information on a letter lead and they will sign it. I believe when submitting item or problems. I think you should submit the solution. People here call me a Maverick, LOL.

    Thanks I can write forever.

  13. Just put the name of the beneficiaries for the meantime. Send this along with the packet but keep the letter in case they ask for another copy which you might need to fax to them.

And I'd like to correct the K1 & K3 part... its K1 & K2. I was cooking when I drafted this so was distracted. Sorry :P

    LOL,

It ok, thank you very much for the professional advise. You are great.

  14. Probably something that goes like:

    -----

    Date

    US Department of State

    Washington, DC

    To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to request your assistance in expediting the K1 & K3 petitions we filed last (date) under the receipt numbers (WACXXXXXXXXX, WACXXXXXXXXX and WACXXXXXXXXX). The beneficiaries are (list their names)

I am requesting this expedite due to several reasons:

    (list them)

For proof, I have attached my deployment orders, medical records, (a letter from your doctor & CO maybe?) and articles & photos regarding the ISIS threat near her hometown.

If you have questions please contact me at (enter your number). Thank you for your assistance.

    Sincerely,

    SIGNATURE OVER YOUR NAME HERE

    TY iammrsregi,

I have not submit the packet at this time, I want to put the whole packet together and submit everything at once. This is the only step remaining. Si, if I dont have any of the filing numbers or anything. What shall I place in the areas required?

    TY Very Much, Lukus

PS Wow really fast replies here

  15. Have you applied for the CRBA for your son with the USEM? Once that has been done and approved, get him a US passport and bring him to the US for treatment. I am sure there might be a few more things to do also...

    Best of luck!

I have not applied for the CRBA because i have been gone on this deployment, since June 2013, and I missed his birth but the Army did allow me to visit him only for few days, in the Philippines. Did I had to fly back into Theater. then I was injured. Then was flown back to the states for treatment. Where I am still being treated. The way it looks I will not be able to see his first Birthday ;-(....

Since I am loosen so much money, I am seeking Pro Bono and trying to create this Letter to submit for these issues.

    TY

  16. You can be approved for multiple expedite request you fall under the Humanitarian, financial loss and you also a military just give them a call and explain to them whats happening.

    Thank you Kay&Jay,

I did speak with USCIS and they stated I can write a letter explaining all of this, but i was looking for a proper format of the letter. USCIS Military stated to supply proof, as news articles and some other proof.

    Do you have a format?

    TY

  17. Hello,

    Hello,

I am a Military Army Reservist and was deployed June 2013. I paid an Attorney to do my fiancée and our kids’ paper work, (I-129) to the USA. I was injured overseas and here in the country part of the Wounded Warrior Project for treatment. Additional, we also have a 10 month old son with medical issues. Now the new thing is that in her country, (Philippines) there are reports of ISIS flying their flag in a province next to hers. Also, on the news, I noticed 2 German tourists were kid napped and being threatened to be beheaded. Every since I been on this deployment there is one thing or another. I have to send most of my pay check back to her for our sons medical issues, because TRICARE will not help us. So what I am asking, anyone have an example of an Expedite Letter(s) for my issues here?

    Thanks Lukus
