  1. Yes Sir, he is indeed rated at 70% as far as I know, he has been diagnosed with TBI. We do not have dependent children, but his paramour has three minor girls (from different fathers, if I may add so).

I also sent an e-mail explaining the whole situation to somebody working at the VA in St. Pete (I was given her contact information by our mutual friend, my husband´s roomate who was the one helping him at getting settled). I didn´t get any answer. When I ask our friend about what this lady said and why she hadn´t contacted me back he told me that she just said I should get a lawyer. As if it was that easy.

I feel completely helpless and abandoned like an old dog.

his rating will only go up with marriage and his biological children only.

regarding a lawyer if you get a lawyer most states demand the husband to pay the cost of the attorney.

and you can call the VA yourself and advise them what is going on but you will need proof of marriage, and his SSN.

  2. I entered America in 2004 and we got married. Then we left to go to Spain in 2010 and had to be there until now (my husband went back last May 2014 to solve his paperwork and get thing settled, it was a mutual agreement and basically he´s been lying to me the whole year until I had to find out through his mistress that he was cheating on me)

I had no idea about all these proceedings, and my husband always told me that everything was ok with my green card. As a matter of fact, he opened the joint bank account and put my name on it based on my GC and SSN

That´s what I thought, about the immigration judge. I just want to be heard and have some right to justice. I have been supporting a veteran soldier for almost the entire duration of my marriage, and I have been lied to.

As far as the taxes, I´m not sure why would he want my SSN, but he asked me for it before I found out about the whole ordeal. He also listed me on his past year insurance policy for his card (I guess also for tax purposes) and I´m almost certain he had also claimed me as a dependent at the VA.

I am in the Military and was injured overseas. I currently get VA Disability and yes if he claims you on his VA he will receive more money. All Tax FREE

Ddo you know what is his Rating from the VA? Because, the amount you stated sounds about 70% with a wife. Now if he had kids this will go up from there.

  3. Mine just changed to ISSUED today. Praying for yours to be issued too. :)

I am so sorry i did not follow up with everyone here. I was in the PI and a week ago we received the Visa for my fiance and the 2 kids.

Couple days ago our son got his USA Passport and his CRBA Cert.

We made a flight to the USA for the 9th of April.

OMG its done, and thank you GOD.

  4. Praying my case will be expedited too. Been interviewed last june 9 for k1. My ceac status havent changed eversince. It only says ready for interview. It got updated last june 15 but still no change on the update. so frustrating. :(

Did you check recently because our chaged on the 2nd of July.

Your case is open. Please check your status after two business days via the CEAC launch page athttps://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/.

I wish I knew what this means.

  5. Last night, (here in Los Angeles) I called my connections in the US Embassy in Manila to follow up on my fiancee's K1 visa. As everyone is aware that the US Embassy had stop the visa processing because of the computer hardware issues.

I spoke with my person in the Embassy and they did say the problem is fix, but not yet at 100%. They did tell me they are going to expedite my paper work. They did tell me they are very sorry for the long delay and they are working over time to try and catch up with all the visa request.

They did say our K1 is visa will be completed really soon.

I will be heading to the PI this weekend and have our son's interview for his CRBA and US Passport.

US Embassy person, I will like to thank you for calling me back and letting me know about our process. Also, thanks for always taking my calls when I bug you. Lol

  6. This is a very stressful adventure for sure ;) ... but it has a happy ending..... just be patient it will happen.

You are flying over in August, did I read that correctly? We will be returning to the States about then, hanging out over here for few months.

no i am leaving this month. i can not stay that long i am still getting treatment from the VA.

yeah i be glad when it is all over

  7. An unidentified glitch has hit the computer system used for issuing visas and passports at U.S. embassies worldwide, the State Department said Friday.

The same system, the Consular Consolidated Database, was hit by a weeklong outage in July last year, but the current problems are not the same, said Julia Straker, a State Department spokeswoman. At that time, a glitchy software update crashed the Oracle database system and caused a backlog of at least 200,000 applications.

The State Department didnt identify the root cause of the current problem or when it might be resolved, other than saying it hopes it will be fixed soon. But the agency said there was no evidence the problem is related to cyber security.

The problem has hit visa issuance, consular reports of births abroad and the ability for U.S. citizens to obtain passports overseas, but the State Department said it is processing urgent requests. For further information go here:

    http://www.travel.state.gov/content/travel/english/news/technological-systems-issue.html

Wow, Thanks for the information. so no one knows when this will be fix. That is bad, so I wonder if I should even call my connection there.

  8. Hello,I had my interview on May 13, my status changed to "Refused" right after my interview I was worried but finally on May 15th I checked status and it had updated to "issued" and recieved visa in 2 days, just be calm and have faith it can turn into issued any day soon,

today is the 15th of June and I do have a direct number to the embassy and I spoke to the they guy i know there and he told me to call this week. he stated It is so busy there, I will call tomorrow and he did tell me he was going to keep an i out on our case.

We been so worried, I do head to PI this month and we will have our sons CRBA Interview. I am excited with that, i have not seen them for almost 2 years. After my surgeries and therapy this is nerve racking. I am nervous because our child is walking and talking already.

I do try not to look at the different sites, but it is hard. the only thing that changed on the site is the date and that is it.

i check these sites everyday or more...

are there any other sites i am forgetting?

    thanks

  9. If your fiancee did not receive a letter during the interview I would be checking your email (and spam folder) for an email from USEM that is the 221g or ???

I keep getting the feeling that Murphy's law is working over time with you, which is not fair....

Ya we did check it again and in window 5 said she was missing a NPI request from the her name but she had it and gave it to them. because if was filed in another portion of her paper work and they did not see it. So they told her she was going to get that letter in the email but do not worry about it because everything was there. When we got the email we called them back and they said not to worry about it everything was there.

I called them on the 19th to follow up and Paul said they have everything and my fiance will get another email that day or the following day.

  10. No one can tell you when you will get your visa. We have seen next day to 6 months and beyond. This is where we tell everyone to have patience. Calling the Embassy will do no good as they are looking pretty much at what you are looking at. They will not tell you when it will be issued as they have no idea what is left to process. You just have to keep checking daily and not hourly or you'll drive yourself crazy.

OMG, i am going crazy here you are so right. I just want to plan. The last time I felt this way was when I was a child and it appears that xmas is so far away.

  11. Does anyone have any recommendation on when to follow up on the status of their Visa? Fiance had her interview on the 11th of May, and the CEAC web site status update change on a weekly bases but it will still have Administrative Processing on the top. Does anyone know what this mean?

When shall I call the Embassy to follow up on this matter?

    Thanks for your help...

  12. Any post of yours you want deleted simply click the report button and request it be removed.

Did you ever see ISSUED as the status? If yes then NO STATUS can mean it has moved on to packaging/shipping and 2GO will have it soon.

If you never saw an ISSUED status and have checked daily, then I would have questions, with window 5 being your last window and all the questioning during the interview I think the CO is not satisfied with his findings.

    Hank,

No I did not see ISSUED status. This is all...

    IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

    Administrative Processing
Immigrant Visa Case Number: MNL 01 MNL Case Creation Date: 30-Dec-2014 Status Updated Date: 26-May-2015

Your case is under administrative processing. Please see the letter you received at your interview for more information. If you are required to submit additional documents, please submit them to the U.S. Embassy via any branch of 2GO courier service (Attn: Immigrant Visa Unit) together with a copy of the letter.

If further information/review is needed, you will be notified once we have completed our review of your case.

Consular officers need to be reasonably satisfied that all issues have been addressed before a final determination is made regarding visa issuance.

The time required to process a visa application to conclusion varies by case and depends on its complexity, along with the number and intricacy of other cases awaiting review.

Do not finalize travel plans, purchase plane tickets, dispose of property, or cease employment until a visa is delivered to you. We are unable to commit to issuing a visa on a certain date.

Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing.

In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.

I tried the MNL# multiple times and was never able to get 2go to recognize it. The only number it recognized was the UID code on the interview appointment confirmation letter. If the passport number or the MNL# doesn't work go for UID or vice versa. At least that is what I had to do ;)

    ok thanks Coa24

  13. War is not a pretty sight. It's not for the timid and not for the weak. I know when it was my turn it was Vietnam.

My daily grind sometimes feels like there is no sight of the road ahead. Not straight but curved. Can't see around the next bend. That's where I give the "wheel" to Jesus. When I am with troubles I surround myself with friends from my church who give me the spirit and uplift me so I can go on. I lean on my Filipino wife who continues to inspire me to keep going. That's your goal.

From the beginning of this thread we were confused and so when you say your not married but had a marriage ceremony we now have the information that best fits your category. You are on the right track. Your lawyer did do the right visa's for you. Your fiancé and step kids should be on a K-1 for her and K-2's for them. Your USC needs to complete the CRBA.

I read your early posting about the issuance of the visa's to production which is good news for you. You should see it leave USEM in the next day or so. Follow my earlier posting as to tracking.

Stay strong Lukus. We can now see around the next curve.

Thanks for the uplifting words and you do understand what I am going through. My shrink told me the same thing once I am reunited with them things will be better, but dealing with these pains, and issues from my injuries piles on more issues. Some times it feel like a bad joke, that someone is playing on me.

My son been in ER since friday and I called the doctors and ask them why they are not doing anything to help him? My fiance said they word is going around in the hospital that I did call very mad, and there are scared i guess. The last time they saw me I was in my army uniform seeing my son at birth and this was the lasst time I seen them in 2013.

I told them I expect them to treat my son as if he was their son, and they failed. My son has bad allergies and asthma. Has a hard time to breath and my son would look at me on facetime saying daddy help me. My son is deaf because my fiance had the measles in her first trimester and doctor recommend us getting abortion. we said hell no!!!

so he was born, with hearing lost, and heart issues. They said the heart issues fixed itself as a miracle, but he will need hearing aids. TRICARE is not helping because they are not in the area of the Philippine Demonstration Project, (a medical treatment for soldiers and their family). So now i have to pay cash for everything, and watch him suffer. I am tired of this, he is sick every month and will go to ER for his treatments.

I hope you read my updated post I wish I knew how to delete it.

  14. You can Check/Track your passport status here (USEM)

    http://www.ustraveld...trackingoptions

and check it here too just enter the UID code found in your interview appointment letter (2go)

    http://supplychain.2...om.ph/index.asp

MNL # is one of the numbers to try with 2GO for tracking, along with the UID and passport number, never know which one will work with 2GO

USEM - Yes I did check those and it will read there There is no status update available for the passport number submitted

2go - site dose not have anything.

  15. From what I read your visa's have been approved and they are going to production and then Elvis will be leaving from the big house. I think your wish has come true.

I am sorry it was a mistake I double checked the numbers and I made an error on two of the number read OO and they were suppose to be 00. I attempt to remove the link but I was not able to delete it.

    I am sorry

  16. We have a lil boy that will be 2 year old this July.Is it possible to have the CRBA interview 4 or 5 days before the visa interview?Does it cause delays?

We are still on getting the needed papers for the RFE.Just planning as my fiance wanted to be here during the process.

You should send you CRBA first and they will email you a date. Then after you get your date, you can go online to set up your Embassy Interview. I am going in July for CRBA.
