7 months? And you didn't notice it was expiring? And neither did you put in a request for a new extension? You really need to be onto of important stuff like this.
Not sure if Czech was on lockdown but even if it was, you could have gone round it by quarantining for 14 days in another country. Many people got it using that method.
Anyway, I guess you'll have to attempt a boarding foil. I don't know the procedure. The other members will chime in on how to obtain one. However, it has been noted that it all depends on circumstances. So you may have to answer a few questions to the relevant authority before you get/ not get one.
What was the reason for your overstayed, if I may ask.
missing my country and family deeply....

I would also be interested to know how long you have been out of the country.
A boarding foil may be possible depending on the circumstances.

Hello there!
my 2 years Green Card expired and my 18 months extension as well. Case status is telling me that my case is ready for interview since 22 April 2020. I understand that we have Covid situation here but I need your advice, guys.
I'm currently back in Czech Republic and not sure if I can come back to USA. With expired Green Card and ended extension?! Logically I could but I have no proof really only I797 Notice of Action with that expired extension.
Thanks!

Hi Tara,
just wanna let you know that I received Green Card on May 12th (for 2 years), without interview.
So I guess we will have to do same process again.

Hi there,

Hi Eva,
I did it in Czech Republic, translation agency managed notary as a part of the deal. They do it on daily basic.
I'm not sure you will be able to do it in the USA.
Call to your "matrika" and ask them what to do to get certified copy in the reason of marriage to United States. They will tell you exactly where to go in Prague.
But you can do translation after all certification and that is what you do personally.

Hi,
we also got apostille attached from the Ministry of justice, after all certified translator managed birth certificate translation including one more certified copy.
Good luck!

Hello there,
what is the deadline date to apply package of documents for Adjustment of Status, please? Is that same date like in I 94 admission date?
Thanks a lot

so, we have our nvc number and our package was sent to US Embassy in Prague on 14th May !
-
So we´ve just found that our case was sent to NVC only on 29th April, two weeks after NOA2 approval. So I guess timing is fine. We should expect NVC number soon.
-
Thanks for advice!
It seems to be logical.
-
We called there last week and they told us, they´ve got 35 days of period to proceed, which is actually just today. I wrote there email yesterday asking about any information, so I hope to get feedback.
I will update you, thanks for your support!

No, we are not DCF. So something went wrong there?
-
Hi there,
we received NOA2 on 15th April 2015 and we are still without any feedback from NVC. I guess it is standard procedure to wait more than one month?
-
Hi everyone,
we applied on 24th Sep 2014 and received NOA1 after one week. We have been waiting for NOA2 nearly 6 months now, it´s really stressful. We expect to receive it in the middle of April. How come some nationatilities receive NOA2 in a few months and European must to wait so long? Even through Texas service.
Good luck in our journey!
