Hi everybody.
I filed for the K1 visa back in June 2014. My fiance and I met online through a friend on July 21 2013. We were together 9 months before I met him in person. That was in may 2014 and I was there for a month. I'm sure there are more of you out there that only met once since that is the requirement and it does not state you have to visit multiple times. Can any of you share your experiences? Whether you were approved or denied when it came to the interview, I would like to know. Thank u!

Hey guys. I got my appt letter for fingerprints (biometrics) Today for may 13. Just wondering is there a fee for doing this or is it already included in the 1070 that is for the green card ?

Omg guys. I checked this morning and my papers were intransit. I checked again a few hours later and it says they are READY. IS this possible??????

My fiances medical is next Friday. One step closer :-)

Got my case number!!!

My fiance had his Medical last week and yesterday he picked up the results. I'm mildly worried because at the time of the medical they re-took his X Ray 6 times. They didn't say anything to him, just kept re-doing it and when he picked up the packet, nothing was said to him either. So does this mean there is nothing to worry about?

Josh, what can you tell us about June 24th batches. I am one of those filers, and I see you are as well. Any estimates on when we should receive our noa2 or anything?

Yup. Once when I called, a representative told me I could file for one when I hit my 5 month Mark. I was about 4 days away when I called. Unfortunately I never got her again and all other representatives say you can't submit an inquiry until your processing time shows up on their chart. They are on april 5th now but I believe that's a lie because people in June are being approved. Anyways, even if you try to file an inquiry on the website, it doesn't go through. It says you're still in normal processing time.

I just called uscis and they said that I can file a status inquiry on Monday when I hit 5 months. I should hear from the Texas service center within 15 days

Youre not alone guys. June 24th still in initial review even if they don't file in order. I plan on calling USCIS the minute my 5 month mark hits. I refuse to get off the phone until someone gives me some information and doesn't just refer me to the website. It seems like you really have to be annoying in order to get through to these people.

I did properly input my data but I see people are saying the VJ timeline is usually incorrect so I wanted to know what you guys have to say. The uscis page updates their page but takes forever to update their chart. They have been on February 2nd for over a month now and it says that information is as of "July 31".
