If the status is ready means you can submit DS 160. And after case was ready 10 days and u did not receive Pack 3, ps make inquiry in your consular website to ask about it.
In my country, w/o packet 3, we can get interview as normal.

There are many people have the same status as you.
Some were approved in Sep, but still did not get case number.

Finally I got approval. I checked website and it said : oct/15 they mailed a notice that they have approved this .....So happy about it.
Mrskodua34, Mike and others are waitting NOA2. Dont worry, you will get app today....

Hihiih...You are correct....
By the way, I also put I-134 when I applied I-129F. So will I need to make new I-134 or not ....( my finance got other job last June) in interviewing date?
