i just get home from intrveiw after long way in the bus ok this some information about what happend this morning

the lady from asia she look like japanise she asked about 30question almost of them it the same like where i meet my wife and how i meet her and when how much time she come here to me and much quetsion but it was very easy more than i was think about them then she told me good and she will call me as soon as sercirty sevice in washington finsh this what they write and the paper

Hi Everyone I need your help this is the problem my husband is going for his interview November 16th and i sent him the necessary documents this is for the K-3 well we found out thaT OUR I-130 was approved back in April 14th, 2006 we never received the NOA2 nothing not a word about it i called several times to the USCIS and was always told that it was in Processing but actually it was already approved. The problem is our address was correct and it was never returned undeliverable , so they want us to pay $200.00 for the I-824 form for a duplicate copy I feel this is very unfair since it was approved before the I-129F and it would of made things so much better for us. I'm not sure what to do I've contacted the Senator and congressman for help my husband's interview is November 16th and he told me that he's needs the NOA1 and 2 from the I-130 for his interview can anyone tell me or have any suggestions is this correct does he need the NOA's from the I-130 Please help not much time left can I send him a copy of the NOA! I've contacted the consulate in Casablanca haven't heard anything back but an email saying that he can go for the K-3 or wait for the approval letter from wherever for the Cr-1 Please anyone help!!

There is no interview for an I-129f petition, it's approved or denied on the basis of the submitted documentation.

Hi everyone; need some answers if anyone can help!! Our I-129F was approved My husbands interview is set for November 16th, the question I have is that we just found out today that our I-130 was approved back in April 2006 we just got the email today, I am very confused on what to do. I called USCIS and was told that now that the I-130 was approved it automatically cancels out the I-129F is this true and if so I was also told that i do not need to send the packet for the I-129F now that all he has to do is let them know at the interview which they will be informed before the interview that our I-130 was approved and if approved be issued the K-3 Visa and once he gets here then we apply for the I-485 Adjust of Status for permanent residence can someone anyone tell me what we should do please we never received the approval notice for the I-130 they did a request to find out what happened why we didn't receive it Thank You and goodluck and God Bless

On April 14, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

what does that mean ? when my wife called them they said it approved but why the NOA 2 not come yet ?

Has anyone gotten a NVC case number from the NVC today for approved cases from the CSC?

If you get a NVC case number, and used the CSC please post in here for 10/10/06 to 10/13/06. This also includes emails from the NVC.

Hi I'm just wondering I sent an email to the NVC and didn't get a case number like you said you did is there a specific way to ask about this my petition is at the NVC i received the NOA2 September 29th and they told me they couldn't send things like this in emails. can you help about how to send email to them and ask if they have a case number or have received it yet. You have to either have an approved I-129F (for a K3 interview) or an approved I-130 for an IR1/CR1 interview. There is no way to get an interview without an approved petition - it would be a massive waste of resources to interview people that might not get approved. At least I have never heard of such a thing. Hope this helps.
