i lost my passport 3 weekes ago and i not find it yet the passport and visa and I-94 to yesterday i went to my boimtric in st paul so they didnt let me make my boimtric the reason was is i have no number alien regestration but i m sure there is no number in I-94 just duparture number and i also have that with me now they told me to send I-102 it cost 160 dollar again to get new I-94 .so my question how much time this procaisse will take again ?or anyone have any idea to help me thank u

no you do not need to get another medical exam as you recently had one. However, you may need the 693a (immunization form)filled out by a civil surgeon. Be careful, many will charge you for a full exam so you need to remind them that all you need is a vaccination supplement form.

i think you need to send them the I130 NOA2 with your AOS application. look at this link

Great that y ou have this copy fromt he doctor in Casa. We took ours to the Civil Surgeon. She said my husband still needed one more vaccine before she could fill it out. We had the vaccination done at a local health clinic for half the price that the civil surgeon was going to charge. Took proof of the vaccination back and got the I-693a completed and given to us in a seal envelope for $15.

SO THIS I-693 I SHOULD SEND IT WITH MY PACKAGE FOR AOS ? OR WHAT

the I-693 is the entire medical. You have a medical from Casa that is less than 1 year old. You only need to ask the cicil surgeon for I-693A which is the medical supplement form (or vaccination sheet). The civil surgeon will give it to you in a sealed envelope and you send it in with all the other papers for the AOS.

They should be contacting you soon if your security checks are complete. Did you try sending them an email? Every once in a while they will respond.

well it was approved on April 14th, 2006 but we never received the first notice, apparently it got lost in the mail, so i sent a Fee Waiver letter to the California Service Center asking them to waive the fee (I-824) for duplicate copy awhile back since it wasn't my mistake with them having lost it in the mail system so i'm just wondering if there sending another NOA2. Hello Everyone: I thought I would step in and defend my husband with the ignorance that others are having on here, well i think everyone is Blessed to find that certain heart and fall inlove like Hicham and I have, we are good people and going through this Journey like everyone, yes were not perfect no-one is but only 1 and that is God he has been with us from the very beginning and always will be, yes we have fought and said things we didn't mean because of this Journey but we love eachother very very much and to have opions like some others have on here well I'm not going to say anything bad about anyone, thats not who I am but i feel others will with there opinions on here you know who who are be very careful in what you say about others God doesn't look upon that as a good thing it might come back to you. It's amazing how venting, as Judy and many others have done, is a crime in a place where people come for help on a rough journey. We have no reasonable expectation of emotional support if we don't fit a certain parameter that is deduced by trial and error. I only glad that this has become clear to me before I posted anything more personal than I have already done.
