I think you need to stop whining on here and actually talk to him and ask him what has been going on. What money for shoping do you need, make a list of things you need and if he is willing to go grocery shoping for you hey more power to him. If he is working his ### of for you and you dont work more power for him. Be more comunicative with your husband, just because he goes out and drinks doesnt mean he is cheating. Maybe he was out with friends, and since you think something bad could have happened why did you not call him. I dont think you cared as much as you trying to say it here.

I have a friend who also keeps on throwing a fit, complaining, and whinning about cheating and on and on and onnnnnnn...Yet the man is working his ### off, to take care of her her kid and the kid they have together. Give it a break, pull back a little, communicate, and then see where it takes you.

What forms do i have to fill out to have my daughter stay in the USA since she is here she has a visitor visa for 10 years. We also want to bring her kids and spouse to USA. Could anyone give me some insight?>

An update

hubby got the green card

Honestly I do not care what they do as long as they do their job. I was just sharing with all of you what happened.

He was the consulat people from zagreb croatia. They gave us so much hard time. Im not even joking

For the person that says it doesnt speed up the process. For sure it doesnt but it defenetly helps. The officer was extremely happy to see those ultrasound photos.

Consular after his interview asked me if someone from his family paid me to bring him here. He begged for me not to bring him. He had thought that this was arranged. But i told the truth and now my husband is here

They just said they came to see if we are together and how are we living, I think that we have read flags and here is why.

We only spent 18 days together, I went back home to see my grandma and she passed away when I landed in Switzerland, my husband at that time a friend, picked me up in Zagreb at the airport, and after that I applied for him to come here.,

Ive had previous petitions, but right after approval, I decided to call it off, since I felt that the guys that will be coming here were fake, I have proof, all they wanted was the VISA.

My husband family lives in Chicago, and apparently they tried three times to get him here and he was denied, consulate in Zagreb asked that I called them after their interview, and literally for 1 hour he kept on asking if there was any chance that I was paid, to bring him for his family, or that he somehow convinced me to bring him here. He had to let him go since I told him the way it is, and I couldn't say something that was a lie. I wanted my husband here.

For our interview here I took pictures from our wedding, but forgot our only thing that we had together at the time which was the Bank statement. so I sent it in.

I think all of that has to do with them coming out.

Right now we have a car, car insurance on three cars, banks statements, all utility bills, and of course I am pregnant. Im also receiving my dads house as a gift, which as soon as we can refinance we will so it shows two of us on the house.

All in all it took us some time to step on our feet, after all im not rich, so we took our time to build everything.

We are not sure yet, I am 10 weeks, we are expecting in October which would be such a blessing, my mom passed away three years ago, and her bday was in October, so I am praying for a girl a little more, and with a birthday on October first. Today is my husbands bday, which is funny that they showed up today.

Well this morning I had an interesting wake up, someone was knocking at the doors, and when I opened it was two police officers, with badges but not in government clothes, just casual.

Seeing the badges and having them ask for me and my husband all I could think of was something would happen, I was still half a sleep. They introduced themselves as the police officers and that they are with Immigration services, and asked to come inside, which I let them in.

they did a quick check, and bed check, which to me was pretty awesome because we do need my husbands green card as soon as possible, I don't want him to loose his job and we applied for visa extention, so either one will be great.

I am pregnant so they got excited about that and told me that that is a great news and that can speed up the process, I showed them our ultrasound pics.

Needless to say this freaked me out which I told the officers, im like im glad its you since I thought something bad has happened.

Funny story to tell and I thought I would share.

I filled somewhere in march last year had interview in August. My husbands work visa expires in april and yes we filled all together. Now i have to pay another 380. And im upset

We are not extending k1. But the work authorization

Recently we filled out the paperwork for green card and work visa, I got an RFE saying I didnt make enough money and need a co sponser or the newest tax paperwork. My paperwork just came in the mail. The 1099 forms, and I dont have time to do the taxes do to the fact that I have to send in the paperwork this week.

I dont have a co sponsor, should I pack up the 1099 forms and write a letter explaining that I didnt have the time to do the taxes.

I cant afford to have them denie the green card and work visa. And if they do deny the green card, will then continue working on the work visa.

What do you guys suggest.

I have a quick question.

What paperwork do we file for work visa and green card. My fiancé came in on k1, and now I am wanting to apply for his work visa and green card. I am curious of which paperwork to fill out and what is the fee. I read somewhere that I only have to pay one fee which is 1070, but then when I looked at work visa its over 400 bucks.

I was mad. Imagine i didnt sleep all night due to time difference. I was waiting for him to let me know what happened.

I composed myself and answered all questions.

He asked my fiance if he will be living with me for the rest of our lives and he said he dont know. I had to clarify that. I was like listen. When i got married first time i said i would die if i ever got divorved and guess what 2 years later i am divorced. Im like you never know what can happen.

I am glad this is all behind us. Now all i can dream of is him coming on 16th.

Goodness. He went to interview and they didnt believe him anything he said. I see their point. Totally understand. He didnt know my divorce date. My daughters exact date of birth and when my mother passed away.

Anyways they told him they will speak to me. So I called them. Reached the consular office, and the guy asked me if i am sure i want to spend my life with this man. I said yes. Are you sure you want me to approve him. You can always say no. I was like yes please do. He was askinf if i knew there is 250k punishment plus prison time for fraud. Do i take responsibility i said i take full responsibility because i am sure he is not coming for papers. After all he is not gaining anything to come here. He will maybe live paycheck to paycheck and god knows if we will ever be rich. Back home he works in germany owns a house in croatia and has a good life. So only reason he is coming is because i want him here with me and my daughter. And I cant take her to croatia do to recent diagnosis of lupus.

Asked me about wedding plans. I told him i bought the dress, its being altered and ou wedding will be in seaside or which is at pacific ocean and my friend who is bosnian is giving me her restaurant in Astoria also on ocean for reception.

Again he asked if i was sure i want to get married i said yes. He said alright ill aprove him.

20 minutes later my fiance got a call and was approved. I am too happy. He is flying in on the 16th.
