I want to share my experience but I'm not good in English. Please don't mind me
I got NOA2 on 16 September
I have been waiting for case number and doing every suggestion form you guys.
I got to ask the help from congresswoman. A lady who help us to call USICS in Califonia what is happen to our case. And she found out our case was NRC.
On 8Jan,2015 I got Amended notice update from website, my fiancé mail, and a lady who help us from congresswoman.
...Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)
Your Case Status: Acceptance
On January 8, 2015, we sent you an amended notice describing how we will process your Form I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), Receipt Number SRC1490214032. It is being processed at our California Service Center location. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your amended notice by February 7, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
I don't know if it can help anyone. I will keep posting and sharing.

Anything news????? We will get amended notice soon. What does that mean?

I want to update this to you becasue we are the same boat.Sounds like you and I are the only September approvals now still waiting for NVC to get our cases.
We asked for help form congresswoman and she called CSC(USICS). My case got sent to the National Records Center(NRC). She spoke with the congressional. He apologized. CSC(USCIS) has an expedited request with NRC to get our case back. They are going to give us a new approval notice which will be good for 4 months. The lady who help from congresswoman said we should get that before the end of the year. It will then be sent to NVC. I hope everything will work out for us. And you also, usmsbow. Keep praying???

I know. My fiancé sign the waiver form today (congresswoman). I'm looking forward to have a good news from the case so much.Sounds like you and I are the only September approvals now still waiting for NVC to get our cases.

90days after waiting for the case number. NVC still don't have my case number. How I can do, friend? We did all contact. We got E-request number form USICS. We are going to ask for congresswoman help. Wish you guys and us luck. Hope to hear good news coming up. ???

For us, 84 days. I hope we will get some good news soon.
-
We still need to know where our case is. I got a service request ID number: WKD###########. The tier 2 said we will hear something within 5-6 business days via the e-mail.
Anyway what does DOS work for about our case? I'm sorry I have no information about DOS.
-
My fiancé called USICS today. They said my case is at NVC and NVC didn't open it yet. The tier2 is sure it's in there for months and maybe sitting in their mail room. We still have to call NVC what's going on we don't have the case number yet.
-
You know, that sounds like it makes sense.
I got an UCICS e-mail response also. They wont give any information because I'm A beneficiary so I'm waiting for my fiancé have his vacation on next week so he will get to call them all of that week. I will keep updating for you guys
Are you the USC or the beneficiary? Because as previously noted, USCIS will only talk to the petitioner, not the beneficiary.
When you call, if the Tier 1 agent tries to put you off, stress to him or her that your NOA-2 expires in a month and you must have your case escalated by a Tier 2 Immigration Officer.

Mine is 15January. They let me and my fiancé to wait 90days. Now it's going throw on 16December. So I hope USICS should do something for showing how they will have responsibility for it.Our expiry date is January 24. The last IO told my fiance that if we don't receive our NVC case number by Dec. 19 to call back and get someone to put a rush on the case.
So yeah ...
-
If....our case is at NRC, what are you guys think they are going to give back to NVC before the expire date?
-
You are lucky now. I hope mine is going to work too.well something happened today for me. My case status went from:
On November 21, 2014, your Filing Question, referral number WKDxxxxxxCSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
To:
On December 2, 2014, your Filing Question, referral number WKDxxxxxxCSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
/sarcasm
Last time that happened, the next day I got a reply to my service request. Hoping that happens again today, but I'm not holding my breath on that one...
No. Mine has been useless: took over a week to get back to me and has yet to give me any info.
That being said, my congresswoman has no vote in Congress and I don't have a senator to contact since I live in DC.

Thank you so so much. It makes me feel better now. The only thing we can do just wait I think and see how it's going on. Please update the news from them. I will do it too. Don't give up guys. <3From what I've read, if NVC gets the NOA2 after the expiration date, NVC will send it back to USCIS to get it re-approved. It will slow things up another 3-4 weeks if that were to happen. If NVC gets the NOA2 BEFORE the expiration date, then the NOA2 expiration date can be easily extended by the embassy.
-
I wish I couldn't happen with us. For me, I have the expire Noa2 in January. If I couldn't get the case number before that, what I can do next? Will anyone have responsibility to extend the date for it, or take care of our cases?National Records Center. CSC has a history of incorrectly sending petitions to NRC instead of NVC. Someone said that all old immigration records go to the NRC, hence the high chance of a mistake like this happening. Obviously the easy solution would be to change the name of the NRC or NVC so a mix-up like that would be a lot less frequent. Of course the NRC and NVC are parts of two different agencies, so that change is never going to happen... :sigh:
-
I think we will get it the same date but I really don't know when. ?You mean we all started on the same moron's desk?
-
I did. But I got nothing.
-
90days of waiting is coming. I don't know what I can do know. Who can help us?
-
I did but I'm waiting for the reply. How about yours? The i-134 is a form the beneficiary brings to the interview. Just send it to your fiancee along with the supporting documentation. No fee involved.
Have you made a service request with USCIS?

Mine is the same boat. Will everyone get the case number from NVC or will USICS not forget our case? After Texas tranferred my case to California and I got NOA2 on 16 September. I have never heard anything about my case at all. I'm praying every single day. I want to be with my fiancé like other people. It is almost 2months. Pleaseeeeeee help. I tried everything from anyone recommended to me. Still waiting. ???
-
My fiancé called USICS and they said after getting 90days , I should call back again. It has no reason to wait for long long time like this. Everyone gets it but not me.
-
I need my case numberrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! It takes 50days already after I got NOA2. ???
-
I did. They still didn't get my case.
-
Thank you guys. We will see what is going to happen. Hopefully, we can get the visa before Chrismas. ❄️⛄️?????
-
Yeah, they'll eventually tell you to e-mail nvcresearch. Here is some advice I gave earlier this thread to someone with the same NOA2 date as you:

Are they going to find my case? They can help? Thank you so so much. I'm happy to do it. )))))))

The one at congresswoman said like that. The petition will now be routed to its rightful destination at NVC via UPS next-day-delivery. I wish it could not take so long make this process done.
Yours might get back to California USICS also, I believe.
