I'm a naturalized US Citizen & sent AOS and IV package already.

I included my spouse's birth certificate in IV package.

I didn't include my birth certificate. Is my birth certificate required by NVC ?

I include my birth certificate from my country and the certified translation too also my naturalized US certificate as well

can we send our AOS package and IV package once the AOS shows as PAID ?

If so, which document cover sheet do we include for IV package ?

I just send mine today and I used both the cover sheet with the address where to send it and following that the one with the document check mark. I send it priority mail and let the waiting beging oh another thing I did not wait for mine to show PAID but it clear in my bank account so that is enough for me

As the question states, it's for CURRENT income, as in how much you're making RIGHT NOW, as of the filing of the form. So, unless you're self-employed, that amount shouldn't be from a previous year. I'd review the rest of the form very carefully if your lawyer is that careless.

I was putting together the AOS package and came across of question Part 6 question 5 “my current individual annual income” my lawyer wrote the gross income for 2013 but my question will be whether is that or the income that I am currently making as the question states . so confuse can you help me please

Hi! i have question about aos stage. i think it was asked many times) i dont have enough income on my tax returns so i will ask my friend or uncle to help me. my question is do i have to submit two i-864 (my and sponsor) or sponsors i-864 only?

you will need to I-864 one for you "the petitioner "and another I-864 for "the sponsor "

I just started at NVC I don’t even have my case number yet. I call NVC on Friday and they told me that que recibieron mis papeles on 09.18. Now waiting for case number. But at list I get to see him on Friday yeiii me going el fin de semana, at list is something.

Just got off the phone with NVC... Spoke to Sonia in the spanish dept and she confirm CASE COMPLETE AS OF 9/18 omg I can't even type!!!!! Status never change to n/a

I was approved 10/28 and USCIS sendit on 11/03

Call National Visa Center today and as per Bruno case received on November 18, just waiting now for case number to be assign. i know I still have a long wait ahead of me but I will be happy for now !!!!! :joy:

I was approved on Sept 20th and NVC assigned case number just 3 days back. Same is the case with few others I know of. I dont want to dishearten you, but they will take another atleast 25 days to assign the case number. They have become a bit slow from last one month- Ppl are getting case number in nearly 2 months after approval. I myself was too sad :(

So sad so literally will be at NVC with good luck another 4 month. I hate this waiting thing.

Hi I had been following you since May tread because we have almost the same days you got approved on Oct. 27 and I got approved the 28. I saw that you posted yesterday that NVC received your case I will definitely call today to see if they received mine, hopefully NVC won’t take long to assign a case number I have seen people waiting almost like another month.

You should probably call since my PD was May 22 as well and I got approved on May 28

Finally guys - I got my NOA2 yesterday. Looks like I'll be moving on to the NVC.

I was four and half months into waiting. Have patience - it looks like USCIS are pulling their act together.

OMG!!!!!! Congratulations that means that this will be my last month of waiting too.

Please Nebraska almost there felling optimistic going to visit my husband next friday for mini vacation of 10 days.

hello I am also May filer my case was received on Nebraska May 22 but something really strange happen to me I had been checking my case status almost every day even thought that I filed the form for the email notification noting was change until today that i check and this is what I got " On June 2 my Alien registration number was changed relating to my I-30 petition" any ideas what this possible mean. and why if this changed in June I just find out. why they didn't post it early .....so many questions...
