Hope you guys are well. I was wondering how your travel plans to CR were coming along? 

I made mine for Dec 9-18. Wished it could be longer but my fiance wants to make sure she gets back home for Christmas  which I understand. 

Tickets, hotel, even travel insurance all pretty easy...... exit requirements, as you've mentioned are insane. Re-entry requirements equally so. It is hard to get good information for all the exact local requirement but in Zamboanga City my fiance tells me she needs, 1) chest -x-ray 2) barangay captain permission 4) travel pass 5) negative COVID results 6) police permission.... on top of all the travel related documents (airline tix, hotel etc...) . They make it such a burden and adds stress. I don't know why everything has to go to this extreme except for someone to make money off all this. If you find/know of any shortcuts, please share.....

We fly into Liberia and will stay in Guanacaste. 

BTW, I grew up in Oregon so I know the PNW pretty well and still go up to Portland and Seattle occasionally.
