Yvette, $120 is not bad because mine is $195.. well, if you are not comfortable with the price then find another surgeon... hope you can find cheaper...

Hmm? I think you are confusing Adjustment of Status with Application of Support.
You need to file Adjustment of Status, there is nothing to do online, no invoice. You need to fill out a I-485 package and send a check or money order with it for $1070. You need to mail it to the Chicago Lockbox. More details in the guide section here, and in the form instructions available at uscis.gov.
