  1. Hi All,

Got our interview scheduled at New Delhi..after the very long wait. Now i need to schedule the fingerprinting, can you guys pls help.

When I go on to schedule for fingerprinting on http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-iv-visaapply.aspit sends me to schedule an interview but i do not want to schedule an interview which is scheduled already.

Your timeline is not there. What is your CC date and when you got this scheduled? When is your interview date in Delhi?

  2. I don't know why people have been saying Mumbai is fast and Delhi isn't. Seems like both are sucking equally at scheduling interviews.

Keep calling SiVin. We hope you get the good news this week!

Also maybe if you want, you can check out the list of interviews in Mumbai in September. I think it is available somewhere on the Mumbai consulate website. The last time I checked I could only find the schedule for August, but in their defense, they hadn't scheduled for September then yet.

    yep,

But that they will publish only when they complete the scheduling. Anyways after seeing all the interview scheduling messages. I hope we will get it somewhere this week or by start of next week.

  3. Oh SiVin, I am so sorry! I know how it feels since I have been going through the same. We've been together for 2 years now and it feels we have never gotten time to just be with each other. Even after our wedding he only stayed for like 19 days since he had to get back to his job.

    This really does suck.

Is there no one else from Mumbai consulate who has gotten an interview?

AlexNSimran got interview date. CC July 13.

I wish you wont get delay like us, by the time u get your case complete, all these issues might have resolved. :)

  6. thanks guys.. reading NWD embassy review and no one has written details about OFC appointments.

I saw the pattern that people scheduling OFC appointment 1 day prior to interview. Is there any specific reason for that. ??

There is no reason behind this. Its cz, u will hv medical done by that time. Normally we can get a medical appointment only ten days before interview and not before that.

So for safer side people scheduled as like this.

  7. Yes,

OFC Offsite Facilitation Center, in which you will do Biometrics. You need to take PCC and all those documents for Biometrics as well. Check out the consulate review, you can find the details there.

    Documents needed for Biometrics.

Following your visit to the Visa Application Centre to have your photo and fingerprints taken, you will then visit the U.S. Embassy or Consulate on the date and time of your visa interview.

You need to complete medical before Biometrics.

    You will need to bring:

    • Your DS-260 confirmation page stamped at the Visa Application Centre
    • Your current and all old passports,
    • Your Police Clearance Certificate from the Regional Passport Office
    • Medical examination report
    • Supporting Documents as per your visa type
  8. Can any one confirm that OFC Appointment is bio metrics appointment ??

As they asked me to bring tons of documents for OFC appointment, i am confused ???? (attached is the screen shot of confirmation)

Note : after getting the interview date yesterday over phone, i have scheduled medical and made my profile at embassy website (http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/index.html?firstTime=No)and scheduled the OFC appointment (which seemed like bio metrics appointment) but super confused now ??

    Somebody show some light guys
