he does not have any felonies. The only thing he has done wrong is come to the US illegally.

They closed there immigration section in the embassy last year in Honduras. You have to go to El Salvador. I read it on their website.

The ban is for 2 deportations. One was in 1996 for ten years. When he got picked up again 2013, he got a 20 year ban. On his paperwork it says reinstate prior bar.

I meet all the hardship criteria. Honduras is horrible full of corruption and crime.

I have tried to hire an attorney, but no one will take my case. I talked to about ten different attorneys and none of them said I would get this far. I have read a bunch of books, searched online, and watched everything on you tube that could possibly watch. For the past year, I have learned so much about the immigration process that I feel like I could be an immigration lawyer. thank you for the positive advice.

My husband has a 20 year ban. What are his chances of coming back to the United States from Honduras?

Does anyone know about the immigration interviews for Honduras and where to go get your medical exam? Thanks

So you are saying that if I can prove hardship which I can on many different levels, it could be possible that he might be able to come back. I work in the medical field and I have medical issues. Also I have 2 children and am sending him money every 2 weeks. He has not been able to get a job in his country.

I know he is going to get denied at the embassy. You don't think it will look better that I am supporting him. I have been there 3 times in the last year. I also have a lot of papers that I am not going to mail because there are originals.

My husband got deported back to Honduras and got a 20 year ban. We have been together for 10 years. When he was in the detention center, I tried to hire a lawyer to keep him from getting deported and no one would help me. He has been back in Honduras for almost a year. I have an approved I-130 and got an email from the visa center saying my papers were on there way me to fill out to get the interview. I know immigration closed in the embassy in Honduras and we have to go to El Salvador. I have tons of documentation showing we have been together. Should I go with him to the interview are his chances of coming back? I need help. I am doing this without a lawyer. Also, the lady that did my interview said we could file some addition paper. She did not make it seem that it was hopeless. thanks
Has anyone got to come back to the US with a 20 year ban? (merged)

Have you ever been to Honduras? Why do you think everyone is coming here? When he was in Honduras he worked 12 hours in the banana field for 5 bucks a day. Everything is very expensive over there. Our people on welfare live better than those people over there. I used to feel like that against people in other countries, but you have to go to see what kind of conditions that they live in. It is horrible. My dog lives better than some of those people over there.
