  1. I got my 130 after he was deported. There was no reasons, but the 3 deportations. After he had been deported, I hired a lawyer. I filed the paper in early 2014, I had to get his immigration records. He is 48. He to US when he was 17. He got deported twice before I met him in 2004. The reason they didn’t approve my waivers is because I could not prove hardship. His punishment was 10 years out of country. What I asking is if I can use the same lawyer in US that I used first time? Do you have to use a lawyer in his country?
  2. I hired a lawyer in the US to get my husband back home. We have been married for 10 years. On August 13, it will be 10 years since he has been in Honduras. I have an approved 130 from 2013 which is still active. He got deported in 2013. That was his 3rd deportation. I filed a 212 wavier and 601 in 2014. It was denied, but they changed his 20 year bar to 10 years. I think the only reason he did not get permanent bar because of our relationship. We have been together almost 20 years. I have been to Honduras over 19 times. I have probably spent easily over 100 thousand on going there and sending money. Everything I come it is more dangerous than the last.
  3. How can a lawyer in US ? It says he has to upload all his stuff to to the US embassy in Honduras because he has been out of country. He is applying for adjustment of status. Thanks for helping. How can a attorney in US help my husband?
  4. I got an approved I 30 in 2014. I need a good lawyer that will not just steel my money. The paperwork is still good.
  5. My husband has been in Honduras for almost 10 years. He was given a 20 year ban in 2013. I filed a 601 and and 212 waiver in 2014. In 2015, it was reduced to 10 years. Can I fill paperwork now? We have been together for 19 years and married for 10. Also, can I file the paperwork for him. I have been supporting him for 10 years and have been to Honduras over 18 years. I have his signature on paperwork. I don’t know what paperwork to file. Plus they don’t have mail in his town. What should I do?
  6. My husband has been in his country for almost 10 years. He got a 10 year ban. I have an approved 130. What papers do I need to file? I have been supporting him for the whole time. Plus I have been to his country over 16 times. We have been together for 20 years and married for 11 years. What will help me get him over for good?
  7. We attended an consulate interview in 2014 in his country and he was denied entry back into US. I consulted a lawyer in 2015 and sent a 212 and visa paperwork. I tried to get him back with medical and extreme hardship if I had to live in his country. I work in the medical field and don’t speak the language. They sent a denial letter back and a 10 year ban.
  8. I met my husband in 2004. He had been deported 2 times before we met. In 2013, he got deported back his country. We got married about a month before he left. I started our visa journey sending off paperwork. I went to immigration interview and was able to show proof of our relationship. I sent off visa paperwork. They said he had to spend 10 years in his country. He has been in Honduras for almost 10 years. I have been here over 17 times each time spending 3 to 4 weeks at a time. Also, I have been supporting him for these years. What are his chances of coming back? I did all the paperwork the first time by myself. Should I hire an attorney?
