    Hi All !

We FINALLY received our GC.  No interview. Received a text message today saying to check status online.  Went online it said GC was delivered with tracking number.

Got home and got the 10 yr GC!!

Exact to date of NOA2 - 15 mths!

Hope all of you to receive your 10 yr GC SOON! and then journey to Citizenship.

wow congrat !!! I saw your timeline ...just wonder did you get interview waived during  AOS ? ...

mine was waived for K1 AOS....and i wonder if there is a case that they will waive interview again for 10 yrs gc...

some said if you waived the first time, they likely to interview you for the 10 yrs gc..

Any CSC approvals so far from May 2017 ? If so, was your case trasnferred to NSC,TSC,VSC ? Again, this is calling all non-N-400 applicants ? I'm just trying to gauge the median when it comes to case approvals. It seems like right around March/April with the bulk of Jan/Feb filers being approved already

There is no movement for me....

If you have a good reason to get a stamp, then there shouldn't be an issue.

Print off the mexican consulate page to show them, and perhaps proof of your travel would be useful.

Ask for a supervisor if you encounter a moron

thanks for advise... I printed out email from Mexican consulate ...

Officer gave me stamped for another year... hope my case won't pending that long though...

  4. I have info pass appointment on Tuesday for stamp on my passport... though my extension letter still valid for another 6 months (ROC 2 yrs GC),

but i have to travel for work and Mexican consulate suggest i get the stamp to avoid problem at POE

Anyone ever experience and got deny from the USCIS officer ? I read something that they won't stamp you when extension letter still valid ..

  5. I got appointment with LOS office, even with appointment they wouldn't take me as they said i live in the valley and need to get the stamp with  san fernando field office because my zip code... They said they can't pull out my case from the system .. i have to go to san fernando office... :-(

  6. I have same problem.. I went to apply a tourist visa...Mexican Consulate in LA said I cannot get a visa because I'm considered LPR ..and i cant use my expire GC with extension letter to enter Mexico either....

she said i need to get I551 stamp from USCIS,  else.. dont leave the country... the officer was quite rude..

Have to schedule a business meeting in Mexico, now still have no clue cuz infopass appointment is super hard to get one.

Anyone have problem boarding the plane on the way back with the extension letter ?

  7. I on ROC process with extension letter 1 year, I have to travel to Mexico for work next month.

Today, I went to Mexican consulate and they said they won't except my expire GC and I797A extension to enter Mexico & they can't issue me a Mexico visa if i apply one either...

They said i need I551 stamp on my passport to enter Mexico... (I'm not from the country that  "no visa require list" either) Not sure what to do now.....

My case is still within 1 year, would USCIS give a a stamp ?

  8. I recieved NOA letter this week after filing i751.

However, my name (above the address line) only shows as initial follow by my full last name. (eg :  N. Lastname ) and my address the next line.

Though the name on the Petitioner information shows correct full first name & last name.

I never recieved official document from USCIS displays only initial before... Is this normal ?

  9. I'm trying to gather documents to file ROC, from reading this forum...I just don't think i have enough prove on our finance together.

we got married since 08/2014. I got Green card on 07/2015 expires 08/2017

My husband basically pay for everything. Rent, Electric, Cable on his own account.

We don't share financial responsibility, he solely taking care of those... since i make money far less than him and just work part time.

We dont have a car, debts, loan or children... We carried separate bank account and credit card.. I help to pay for something on some occasions.. and responsible for my own expense like shoppings, subways etcs...We just have joint checking but just recently open 4 months.. and i help for pay 2-3 months for health insurance...

    Here what i have :

    -Tax return 2015 & 2016

    - Current Health insurance card together (I am a dependent)

    - Previous insurance claim EOB from 2014 & 2016 shown both of our name, his as a member, I am dependent.

    - Joint bank account (just open 4 months 2017)

    - At&t phone bill for 2 lines, paid by my credit card  (but under his name because he can get corporate discount from the company he working)

    - pictures with family and friends, family christmas postcards

    - some plane tickets togethers going on our vacations throughout 2014-2017

What else can i include here to make it more sufficient...so worried, please advise...

will affidavit from his mom also help.. ?

Also, we didn't have big party in US when we got married in Aug 2014...just a small celebration at his mom's...

but 2 years later, when he enough vacation day, in Jan 2016,  we went to my home country and had a traditional wedding ceremony.. which his family also attended..

should i include all those pictures, or USCIS will get confuse by this wedding pictures....?

    thank for your help...

  10. I entered US with K1, married within 90 days.

    My i94 expired 04 Sep14, I filed AOS on 8 Sep.

    Got NOA1 in 16 Sep.

Am i consider out of status?

I will travel to Europe with my husband for vacation using my Advance Parole card. I'm concern if there will be problem on re-entry.

Anyone experience travel on advance parole ? pls share.
