Sorry about the last post but my local office's website says that as of June 30, 2015, they are now doing setember 27,2014 applicants.

PK where is your local office? Mine is Santa Ana and at tthis point they are still in August or September 2014. Been totally a long wait.. A friend who applied for AOS in July 2014 got her green card in less than 2 months. I guess thats the time the pile up and the delay that we are experiencing rught now started. So unfortunate.

We havent received any interview waiver yet that's why it gets very irritating. I dont know which group we are under haha! No updates since march! Anybody here who has not been interviewed or received any interview waiver yet?

Any updates with you guys? Still no updates from my end. Still no interview waiver. Status still says "as of march 19, your case is ready for interview......." Is it really that slow since sept 2014? A friend got her green card 3Monthsafter arrival! Though she arrived june 2014.

Hi Jr and Jr. Thanks. Last status we have seen is "as of march blah blah, our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" we have not received any REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE nor INTERVIEW WAIVER up to date. Is your local office at santa ana too?

I just called a uscis agent and he asked my address. He said our service center should be at Santa Ana and accdg to him, they are still processing sept 2014 applications. Guess we have to wait a little more. Hopefully not at the expiration date of my ead.

Any K1 applicants here who filed in February and have already been interviewed? I already have my EAD but the status of my green card is still "your case is ready for interview etc." anyone who has any idea why its taking so much time?

My Ead is now for production as of april 28!! Still nothing with the onterview. NOA was 2/17 and biometrics in March.

Our NOA is 2/17, did the biometrics in March and until now status says that im scheduled for interview (no specific date yet). We are starting to worry since majority here have their EAD's already. We applied for the EAD but not the parole.

Any idea if the processing here in California slower than other states? How long is the average wait?

-since we did it once and out of curiosity, we said NO.

Question at st lukes: have you tried any form of drug in your entire life.

- we answered yes since it is true we/i did it once out curiosity.

Question at AOS FORM: have you knowingly etc about drugs in or outside the us.

- i do believe the answer here in my/our case should be yes because even if we tried it once out of curiosity, it is still an OFFENSE in the Philippines.

I think inshould just provide an explanation letter and a character reference letter from my wife. Im here already too in the US. Will get our marriage cert tomorrow and start the AOS.
