Our I-129F Fiancé Visa was transferred from the Texas Service Center to Mesquite TX on August 11. Our NOA(1) date was April 04, 2014. Sure hope this speeds things along and is good news.
makes no sense

thanks for the reply dear,.......was yours TRANSFERRED TO another processing office then SENT TO YOUR LOCAL USCIS office?...........we got to updates ......one on 8th and another on the 11th[/quote
Yes, correct. I got both one around 10:30am and then the other one around 4pm the same day July 8th. I was just checking my text right now And notice that I also received another update I can't remember exactly what the update said, but I do remember that it said something like now the office has jurisdiction over my case and as soon as they make a decision I will get an update(July 15)...then my petition was approved on July 17, but I received the update the next day(July 18).
Please note that I am just sharing what I have in common with your (case K-1 visa)...
thanks for sharing and shedding some light on these, even though yours is a marriage visa at least those are the common things (I mean the transfers)..........thanks for your help hoping to hear something from the uscis soon,
wishing you all the best

On August 11, 2014, we transferred your I129F,
PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for
further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over
your case and will send you a decision as soon as
processing is complete or you will be notified if further
information or action is needed. If you move, please use
our Change of Address online tool to update your case
with your new address.
on August 8th,on the USCIS website,it did say that our case has been transfered to another office for further Processing then on AUGUST 11th it says that our case has been sent to our local USCIS office,I don't understand what's going on............we haven't received anything from the mail yet

-
our NOA1 date was 5th May
and on 8th August we were transfered but we don't know to which office the USCIS office doesn't specify to which office but we will know soon when we receive the hard copy in the mail..........
hope its to CSC........that would be great

any approvals from Texas????? am a May filer and new to this forum......its been 3months and still patiently waiting
-
I'm glad to read so many stories on here and other people's frustrations with the TSC processing times. We are prepared to wait five months, but if it's much longer than that, it will be pretty upsetting.
We have an NOA1 date of May 5. The following is the message that has been up when I track our file on the USCIS website. Is this standard?
On May 2, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.
Just trying to make sure I shouldn't call and check, because I'm fighting the urge! Thanks again for sharing stories and answering questions.
we have the same NOA1 date.......mmmmmmmh praying that we get an approval soon

This is a great idea.
I will post the link to this thread in all TSC monthly subforums, maybe we will have some luck and people will become aware that we need to take some action.
As someone wrote in the TSC January thread.. my heart is breaking at the thought that me and my fiancee might not get our NOA2 this ever, even if we are May fillers.
please give me the link to the TSC subforums thread.....am new and still learning to navigate my way around the site,
thanks
