She said, im lucky coz my case is for disposal since it was 2003. just want to ask how many sets does ur wife did for certified true copy? i made 3sets of photocopy, 1 set of certified true copy and 2 certified true copies of the dismissal order.. i submitted one original in NBI yesterday as well..

Is it true that will look for it by the time im in US or in POE?

Not anymore..but you keep one for future use..

You need your court dismissal to present..they won't be giving LOE to USEM without any basis from your documents..good luck on your journey.

hi my NBI is already QC'd prior to my interview... I mean, I was QC'd twice, 1st is 2007 and latest is june 2014 and my case was dismissed since 2003.. am i still need to go to NBI for another interview?

Yes after your interview ,the CO will tell you about it that they need a written explanation from NBI..wait for their email and instructions..they will email u after the interview for 221g then will email you again on where and who to look for at NBI main.

As I have said no need for new medical exams...just bring your DS3025 and your passport..have your varicella vaccine done with other clinics who offers it..then bring the copy that you have been vaccinated with varicella to Dr. Jin and he will be the one to transfer everything to your I-693 he will add it along with your DS3025 ..He did consolidate all the vaccines done to my daughter too with other clinic here in California because some vaccines were not given at St.Luke's last July 2014...my husband looked for a clinic to comply all her needed vaccines for her school..I brought all the new list of vaccines she got from other clinic and the CS just transferred it to her I-693 in addition with her DS3025 vaccines.

Yes you can request it from them..they have vaccines at reasonable rate, just got my flu shot from them since it's flu season here and they just added it to my form I-693..you can bargain them when you get there, on the phone when you make an appointment they will tell you that they will charge for skin test and etc.. but when you get there you just bargain the doctor's assistant to charge you half because all you need is for them to transcribe your ds3025 record of vaccines to I-693 as long as your ds3025 is still valid then no need for another medicals ..at least that way you will save and have some of your funds be allocated to your varicella needed vac..it's a lot of savings..Good luck to us..as I am also in process of my Aos..I will be sending ours(w/my k2) this friday..

Hi..got my vaccines transcribe by Dr. Jhin Lin in fremont also for $50.. at first when I called for an appointment, the secretary said they will charge $120 for skin test and etc..when I get there I just explained that my medicals in the Phils.are still valid and all I want is for them to transcribe my vaccines in I-693 form..they gave me additional flu shot to complete my record for another $20 and handed me a sealed envelope..that's it and we're done..I did it with my K2 also..

Giskat09, Did the NBI sent the written explanation of your dad to the embassy themselves? did your dad do an interview at the NBI?

My dad went to his interview and put his case on hold because they need a written explanation from the NBI, I just want to know how long it took. Thanks!

wait 2-3 weeks aftr the interview of email from embassy..print it and bring the copy to the person stated in the letter..nbi will be the one to forward the letter of explaination to the US embassy..expect more or less 1 month delay for visa issuance...if all is clear with nbi and no problem after your interview with them..important thing is to bring all dismissals or clearances from previous case/cases...

I don't see that being an issue. There is no requirement for both to be filed at once that I know of.

Hi hank..our SSN arrived after 10 days.. I have a question regarding our AOS.. Can I file mine first? And my 16 year old K2's AOS is to follow after 6months? It was so expensive costing is $1070 only for me..we just can't afford to send it both as of the moment.. Any advise on what I need to do? Thanks in advance..

I got my visa eight days after my interview approval.. Got a text msg from 2go four days after ceac visa status is issued..

and by the way may I ask you about CFO will you just go there as walk in on Dec.15? I have my pre- registration online printed already and will just go there if I have my visa on hand.

Mine was issued last Dec. 3 and got an email from DOS that passport has been collected from USEM on Dec 5. Received text from 2go on Dec 6 that will be delivered that day but cos of typhoon I got my visa just yesterday. Then booked my flight next Wednesday.

Visa issued..Dec 4,2014 considering Dec.6-7 as weekends and Dec.8 USEM closed due to typhoon Ruby then there is no visa processing..We are booked next tuesday.

Anyone here who got their visas on hand after being placed issued on ceac..how many days ?crossing my fingers to have mine till friday this week..or else I have no choice but to re-book.

Will USEM or 2go email me if my visa will be on its way for delivery?
