PROBABLY NOBODY IS READING THIS FORUM ANYMORE BUT I JUST WANT TO SHARE I HAD MY INTERVIEW ON THE 16TH IT WAS HARDER THAT I THOUGHT BUT THANKFULLY TO GOD I GOT APPROVED SO YEEEEEEEEIIIIIII THEY GAVE ME A 10 YEAR RESIDENT CARD AND I FEEL SO HAPPY NO MORE PAPERWORK AT LEAST FOR A WHILE.

hello everybody i'm still waiting for news on my case i haven't heard anything new, updates no nothing i am starting to get a little bit anxious , hopefully i will hear somenthing soon.

Well still nothing, i called uscis but they said i am still on time that usually it is 4 months and to call back in 30 days........=( . anyways. MERRY CHRISTMAS >> Peace and light.

Hello everybody i called the uscis place they tols me that i hasn't been 60 days since they got my rfe and until then they can't do much , they also said that my application is on lee summit missouri , that's all i know . well i know i feel a little anxious but oh well i will enjoy my day , hopefully good news will come soon

Tomorrow is our interview, please pray for us

I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight, too much excitement on the air.

Hello guys sorry i haven't been there lately it has been a tuff , i mean one of my fury babies got lost and OMG i was depressed and all day looking for him , GOd gave him back to us so now it's here thankfully but anyways about anu updates NOTHING NOTHING NO interview appoitment , no touches , no notification of transfer nothing .

Sorry so late in posting received GC in mail 11/9

Today I received my social security card on the mail, along with the bank cards we ordered on the same day (friday, Nov 13th)... Hubby added me to his bank account on that day. Now I have it, 7 days after applying to for the ss card and just like the lady from that office said!

Went to a store and left my information for a job and (God willing); they said to go back on monday morning... Im so happpppppyyyyyyyy hooray!

Today i got my EAD wwiiiiiii

Just tonight I received an email from CRIS my GC is in production....Thank God!

Oh, don't worry. They did it to us here too. First they said card orders, then card orders then approval notice sent But it all means you will get EAD card soon.

Oh i see they like to play games and tease us around ...what a kinky system i guess i just need to wait a little bit , thanks cutedolphin now i feel better.

ok no s ia m really confused , i got 2 card production orders and now i goit another e mail that says

On November 18, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.

and cris shows me on post decision activity and before i as on card production o.O

Her departing statment was "I'm going to go ahead an grant your application. You should recieve your card within 30 days. I hope you both have a great day."

I'm still waiting i got a second card production ordered e-mail =( oh well at least is moving , No interview date or nothing else on the horizon .....yet

Approved!!! Interview was completely painless. The officer person mainly just confirmed a few things like name, address, that my husband has no biological kids and hasn't been arrested and no plans to become a terrorist Took about 10 minutes altogether. He actually approved us and then was like, "Oh yeah, do you have anything together like bank accounts?" to which I handed him the packet I brought with us. We spent an hour last night at Kinko's making copies of pictures (and dealing with incompetent employees that can't fix their own machines ) only to have him wave them away when I tried to show him them. That's the part I was looking forward to! I think it helped matters that my 4 year old pretty much wanted nothing to do with me and lounged all over "daddy" the entire interview So, we're done with the craziness for 2 years, woot!!
