If you really believe in this concept of god you should know the thread is the basic fabric of your relationship anyway so should be strong enough to hold. My case was accepted for expedited processing. I had already paid IV fee ans AOS. I did sent NVC AOS, got checklist and I was waiting for them to review IV package when my expedite for NVC got approve. I also did fill DS 260. Check online and it says in transit.

1. How long will I have to wait for an interview?

2. What is packet 3 that I heard everyone have to fill after they go to the embassy and what does it consist of?

3. Do you think it make a difference if I go to the interview or not? We have not had sex, waiting for church ceremony once he arrives here and someone advise me not to go because we could get in trouble if they ask us any sexual related questions and we do not want to lie and get us in trouble because we are hanging by a thread being apart from each other for so long.

What is packet 3, is that for fiance visa only. My case was expedited at NVC and in transit to Port au prince. I can't reach CIVA because they are no longer selling cards after Sept 30th since it will be free calling after Oct 11!!! Are they going to email me to tell me the interview date or what?

So, this morning when I check my Visa status it said at NVC and I called, they guy say it looks like they cleared the mail which means they must have find them to send to embassy but I really dont know. ONE SPOT CLEARED OUT OF THE LINE....

I just called because my expedite from NVC was aproved, so I called today again for the 10th time trying to find out what I need to do and Jim told me, that I have no pending mail and both mailed was not reviewed but cleared from the system today, which means that they must have dugged out my 8/11 civil package and 9/25 AOS package and put them together to send to the Embassy! So, if that is the case, all I have to do is just wait for interview date right?

Guyss i see in vj few members saying, nvc sends back the orginal documents to petitioner,so petitioner can send it to applicant, but as far as i know nvc used to send all the package to embassy right ?

I am sure this is for expedited case, like myself. Sylvia herself told me this today. I was supposed to get CC once my Aug 11 package is reviewed but I got check-listed for AOS 1 week ago. So, they say once they get to the Aug 11 package, they are sending it back to me to send to my husband in time for his interview. As for the AOS, I will have to re-create that package and when they get to it as well, they will send it to me. Lord I hope my husband be here before they get to it.

Just like in checklists, there is a real and a false expedite. If it's a real expedite, then your case should be shipped as is immediately to your consulate. NVC has recently started dishing out false expedites, where they insist on reviewing all documents before they get shipped as is to Consulates. Basically, they do that when they don't want to bother sifting through their mailroom and collecting all matched documents to the case.

I called twice, I spoke with an Agent and Sylvia - just to confirm. When I asked her what was next, she said let her check because they sometimes comes with conditions and when she cheked, she said - you have no conditions and your case should be sent out to the Embassy by the end of this week. She said and we should get to your Civil package soon and we will return it to you to send to your husband to take to the interview, as for your AOS, you will probably want to re- gather those documents.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THE REST OF THIS PROCESS TAKE?

Guess what? My expedite is approved, but now what?

This process has me question, whether the man I married ever really did love me. HE SAID - If you get one more checklist, you can go ahead and close the process with NVC. I said, then what's next because when you say that - it seems as if you are saying nothing other than that you don't want me because I am not moving to your area. i sent another request a week ago with no documents just explaining my case and today i received email saying that the embassy has denied my request but just yesterday i emailed them new request supported with documents and today i got email saying its under review, so i dont know whats happening but i know i will get denied anyway so i am just trying to find whats going on with them

Same thing is gouing on with me!

First they denied, then now mine says under review too. I have been trying to call NVC for the past 30 minutes, I can't get through yet, I am sure auto-redial will make it through!

I keep seeing posts saying that NVC is speeding up. They took 30 business days to review my AOS/IV packet on 8/22 and if they're on Aug 1 now that's 37 business days. Desperately want to believe they are speeding up but not seeing the evidence others are?

With all the depressing checklist going around - including mine which I had to find a whole new sponsor ang get everything for the response in 7 days- a little optimism is needed on this thread every once in a while.

HELLO VJ friends, I cant believe it has been a week since I HAVE BEEN ON HERE. After realizing that my joint sponsor really make only $4000, I had to find another sponsor. My mother could have help but she chose not to thinking it is a way of keeping my husband she does not approved of on the other side of the world. Thank God for aunties who are proud of you for waiting 25 years and graduate with masters before getting into relationships, they were quick to help. So, I have an immigration office preparing my AOS package again because I cant afford another checklist, and then I will ship at 10:00am tomorrow. In the meantime, I tried again at another expedite request, this time with a doctor note attach! If that does not work, I need to start preparing myself to go see hubby soon.

HELP: I am trying to use my mom as a joint sponsor. Her salary is $26,964 - for herself and my brother (so her tax has two exameption)! Is she qualified to Sponsor my husband if I add myself as a household member! I made $7,000 last year because I was out of the country.

Am I going to have problems with it because my mom address is not listed on my visa application but it is the address that is on my tax return

This tax return transcript indicates the form filed was the 1040. That means you need to use the Total Income, which is listed here as $4015.

That can't be correct because that wpuld mean they did not meet the income quota right?

HELP PLEASE: My Sponsor (Joint) only had 1 copy of tax return 1040 or 1040ez, I dont remember which one it was and they gave it to me and I did not know I needed to make copies of all things I send to NVC.....but now I need to correct total income on joint sponsors checklist form ....can I get that information off the transcript....if so what part.....I have several copies of their transcript

I asked for somehelp but no one seems to be answering. I am hoping to mail this checklist as soon as someone help!
