I forgot to update it but I receive my new 10years green card on Wednesday.

They just changed status from “new card is being produced” to “card is mailed to me” and says should be here by April 6th....if not e-request it again.

today alil before 2pm, I got message from USCIS case status that’s my case status is changed to “new card is being produced”

i guess that that means I got approved??

mine is a little different....I just got letter from them that they need more evidence....yes I just got RFE (date 2/1/19)

i will get it done quick n hopefully move forward soon.

I got 18 months extension letter today also. Me and my husband were so excited when we saw envelope but unfortunately it wasn’t what we expected....oh well....

I had the same message this morning also.

Mine says March 4th

Went to do biometrics today.

everything went smooth...I got there 11:57(Appointment was 12:00) and left building 12:34. 

Waiting to hear from them soon.

I just got home from work n saw my NOA Mail.

i filed I-751 on  4th, they received on 7th and I got NOA mail today(on 16th) ....NOW Date is 10th.

waiting on biometric appointment.

Hi everyone. My 90days prior was September 23rd but I filed on October 4th so I guess I am October filer? lol

And it arrived at Vermont USCIS on October 7th...waiting on my NOA.

Number 2 is about your U.S citizen spouse so he does not need to pay the  biometrics fee.

So I saw instruction of I-751 on USCIS page and said....

Biometric Services Fee.
1. Conditional Resident. Each conditional resident and conditional resident dependent included in the principal petitioner’s Form I-751 is required to submit a biometric services fee with this petition, in addition to the required  ling fee. (See the What Is the Filing Fee section of these Instructions.)
2. U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse. If you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, you do not need to include a biometric services fee at the time this petition is submitted. If USCIS later noti es you that you must submit your biometrics, you will receive a biometric services appointment notice with instructions on how to submit the additional fee.

what does number 2 mean?? If I’m married to us citizen, am I number 2?? Or i misunderstand something??

i just recently got letter from IRS that I need to provide more information and it's about health insurance.

All I have is 1095-C that I didn't file with my tax return at that time cos IRS website said I'm not required to file it.

Do I need to file that then??

Any ideas??

Hi. As I'm doing my 1st tax return, I found out that I am required to file FBAR due to having financial account.

But I'm not exactly sure what financial account am I supposed to report . 

Ive been checking some websites and it says checking, savings, securities and other.....what is other? 

Is life insurance or pencion included as financial account?

please help!!

I've been having green card for almost year.

So next year I need to remove my condition of my green card. (Another process coming up ....stressing;

But will USCIS remind me to file I-751 before my 90days coming or do I need to count 90days by myself to file it ??

Idk if that makes feel better for everyone but even tho I got green card, I'm having trouble with my social security at the moment smh
